Finally they were on the phone and asked if they could reschedule me because they had a walk in. I then had my massage which was-- okay. My primary complaint was not taken care of despite their best effort. It happens. I was thinking about coming back in a week to see if that would help- but upon paying she asked me how much I wanted to tip. I said $15. I felt this was more than fair considering the massage was $70, my neck and back pain did not change, and they called me nonstop to change my scheduled time. I felt like the lady strong armed me into tipping more. I will not go back. I do not recommend this place. The lady was nice- it very poor business practices.

Life is tough. Ann is excellent and I regret not living in grants pass but whenever it works I go. She is very accommodating with my hectic schedule. I like a relaxing, but therapeutic massage, where my tense stressed out muscles feel good when I leave and later. She accomplishes all this. When I'm having a bad neck and shoulders day she focus on these areas but finds areas I didn't know needed help. She has great elbows in the places that need, also prices are cheap compared to what I'm used to. I would recommend her to anyone.

So, I made an appointment with Ann, found her by a random search. The handshake she gave me was a good one, giving me a good example of what I was in for. The massage she gave me was strange for the first 15 minutes (nothing bad on her part) but after that I felt like I was in another world. Ann was perfect, painful at times, but still perfect. I was just amazed on how good she was, her technique was far beyond what I was expecting (another good thing). Tons of painful moments but I had no problem handling the pressure. next morning and I am just wonderful! I feel so alive, I feel light, I simply feel different.
