I was reluctant with "temp" agencies because most of them lose your number when they can't place you or can't find the right job for you. Alexander is the complete opposite. This place is horrible. They basically ruined my life by convincing me to leave a steady job I was happy at, to take a new opportunity they swore up and down was stable and a good match. The reality was that the company was toxic, dysfunctional, and shut down after a few months, leaving me unemployed and my life in wreckage. I particularly suggest staying away from Jesse and Alexander. Alexander will sweet talk and schmooze and say basically anything to make a deal go through. Jesse is a flake who blows opportunities with a terrible communication and lack of follow-up diligence. Remember: you are not a person to this company. You are a mark and a pay bonus. They will say or do whatever it take to make a deal go through, and they don't care how badly it might devastate your life. 80Twenty was far different from any other recruiting firm I have worked with. With most recruiting firms, I tend feel that I am just one of hundreds of people being briefly phone-screened. Most recruiting firms offer very little in terms of responsiveness, and you can tell that it is nothing but a numbers game for them. This was not the case with 80Twenty!
