Jessie Flores has revived my faith in the ability of recruiters. I am not one to shy away the truth of matters, and that is when it comes to creatives and staffing agencies there is a disconnect. I've been working for 10 years now in the marketing creative field, and have met my share of staffing firms and "experts" in placing people. By the time I heard from Jessie I was like okay here is another going through the motions, wow I was wrong. He knew the client, he got to know he communicated between the both of us well. Everything was handled with a professionalism that I thought was lost, but looking for. I'm happy with the company I am with now.
