We had water leaking on our 3rd floor during heavy rain and absolutely no roofing companies were willing to inspect it or even climb our roof during rain. We knew it would rain for several days and the problem would get out of control. We were told to call a handyman, and after describing what was happening -- on Christmas Eve of all times -- Sergio graciously agreed to come help us right away. He came promptly, climbed our roof despite heavy rain, immediately diagnosed the issue (flue cap had flown away, exposing the flue pipe to rain which was going to leak in and damage our water heater, walls, floor, etc), went to get the materials, and fixed it. The leaking stopped and we hit the area with a floor fan to make sure mold wouldn't form and it would dry completely. He worked efficiently, was compassionate, professional, and spared us huge expenses that would have come from the damage of others being unwilling to come on Christmas Eve let alone in heavy rain. Sergio even followed through with us, checking in to make sure the leaking had in fact subsided to ensure that was the only source. Sergio is kind, honest, and professional. The really hard task was soundproof a sliding barn door, it's challenging because it required a gap between the wall and the barn door so it can slide.
