Thursday was my cleaning the teeth day. I love the hygienist. She took time to show me what I was still missing when I am using my water pick. I am looking forward to my next exam to see if I have improved and my pockets have lessened in size as well as my gums being healthy. As you age you really need to keep your teeth healthy. I don't want dentures, crowns or even a root canal again. The expense is just too much. I want to be able to enjoy my remaining days eating foods. Keeping my teeth healthy is just one way to do this. I've gone here for the last couple years and everyone is so genuinely nice, it's quite easy to get a last-minute appointment within a reasonable amount of time, and the dentists are top-notch. I have never walked into a medical office like this one! Everyone I came in contact with was sincerely kind and friendly! I was early, so the office was quiet when I walked in. Yet, I was immediately greeted by with a cheery welcome from someone who left her lunch break to welcome me, and to let me know they would be with me in a few minutes!From the receptionist and dental assistants, to the dentist herself, everyone was so knowledgeable and kind! The previous Dr's team was totally unscrupulous with me on my initial visit insisting I had periodontal disease. I will not elaborate except to say, I hope the technician I had to endure retired along with the Dentist owner. The worst dental experience in my senior citizen life. As a disclaimer YMMV. They are a great group. You are made to feel comfortable from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the dentist. The only reason not 5 stars is that they are pricey. I guess if you want the compete experience you have to pay for it. I was having insurance issues and Steph put up with my frustration and helped me work through it. read more

Best doctor in my life experience. Very gentle with hands and knowledgeable of his stuff. Wisdom teeth extraction and fillings were done quick, durable and with best quality, no complaints (been a year so far). Front desk staff failed to call and check with insurance if I was still covered for the last appointment December 2017 but later I found that I had no more coverage by receiving a bill. so I had to pay extra $100 which could be avoided by rescheduling the appointment for beginning of 2018. Same thing happened in the past with different dental care, staff just don't call insurance to check if the patient is covered or not and send you a bill. That not cool :( read more

Absolutely THE BEST FAMILY dentist around. We changed dentists a couple years ago due to location. I am not one for change but this has been the best decision I have made for the health of my family. Quick immediate attention is always priority with this staff. I have scheduled not only dental appointments for the entire family but 2 children have gone through braces. Utmost attention and care is given with every visit from the cleanings, fillings, wisdom teeth pulled, and crowns (make me feel like a queen). And all this without gauging your pocketbook. Called them to schedule an appt for my daughters cavity, was told by the receptionist that they accepted my insurance. Several weeks after her filling, I received the full bill amount, stating that this dentist does NOT accept my insurance. I was lied to by the receptionist! And now I'm being charged nearly $200 for a simple filling! Never dealing with this clinic again.... read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! He is only interested in taking your money. After 12 years of being a loyal customer he could care a less about your welfare or what your needs are. He cannot keep a permanent working staff and his son has left the practice. If you want good work from a caring dentist, this is not the place for you. read more

I had to write a review for Dr. Carpenter, who worked on my teeth a while back, because my experience was way different from the one posted. I lived close to Dr. Carpenter and so I thought I would try him to correct a couple of teeth (needed crowns) that I was not happy with. He assured me that he was very skillful with this type of procedure and that I would love the results. After going to him for several months, and spending thousands of dollars, I am really not happy, and my teeth and mouth look worse than before. I now cannot smile fully because it will show my terrible teeth, that he was supposed to correct. I feel cheated. I have just visited a new Dentist that truly is a specialist, and he told me that the work Dr. Carpenter did will all have to be re-done. All that money and time wasted. Maybe Dr. Carpenter is good at simple procedures, but I suggest you do not trust him with anything more than filling a cavity . . . Perhaps I should have gone to his son who works a long side with him, I don't know. What I do know is that I will not go back to Carpenters clinic. read more
