My car was not in bad shape but the dirt roads of Yosemite thrashed my new tires and just putting that much distance overall, my car needed some TLC. He answered my questions about the services he provides & offered what I thought was a great price- seeing as how there is not many places in the area that do hand car washes. He also gave great life advice and made us feel very welcome in Santa Cruz!
