Someone hit my car in the parking lot at Crows Nest. No note, nothing. My husband called over to Fanucci to schedule an estimate, they say we don't schedule those, you just come in. He asks if they're doing them a certain day, they say yes. The morning of said day, he calls to confirm they're open and doing estimates. The person on the phone confirms, yes they are. He brings the car over that morning and once there, the person on staff tells him no they're not doing estimates today. Husband is annoyed and summarizes the whole rigamarole thus far. They ask who he spoke to, he doesn't know, and then tell him to come back a different day. How, dear reader, are you supposed to get an estimate if you can't schedule one and this is what happens when you drop in? Is there some celestial process we need to tap into to figure out when the moon is in the best position to get an estimate? Are they using a magic 8 ball and today's fortune was outlook not so good? Sarcasm aside. We planned all week for the estimate that never happened. We both work, juggling, school, kids, appointments, the random bout of pink eye. It sucks to finally find the time to get this done and come up empty handed. They were rude to boot and seemed unwilling to help. read more

chose this shop because I was able to get an appointment fast. I drive an older car that I have taken excellent care of over the years. After I got my estimate and dropped of my car, Kevin called a day latert, saying they ran into extra issues that needed to be addressed and I agreed to the cost being about 10% more than initially quoted. (probably my mistake for agreeing) When I came to pick the car up, it was immediately apparent that the repairs were done sloppy. The bumper was hanging too low and the grill was loose. When I pointed that out, they got super defensive. They finally agreed to fix their screw ups and I picked the car up the next day. Even though things were better, it was still not the way it was supposed to be. I ended up taking the car to a different shop down the street to fix these issues. Never again ! read more

Went and took my 2018 Audi A4 for some front end damage and after about 2-3 weeks, car looks amazing. Like nothing ever happened to it. Took a while cause wrong headlight was order and other things needed to be order while doing the repair. Would recommend for Audi auto repair damage. read more

What's good: Their fast. The work took only one day. What's not good: 1) They said they were using a new Honda bumper cover, but instead they used a company that refurbishes bumper covers. 2) When I came to pick up my car, the bumper gaps were not exactly straight. They gave excuses. Eventually, they took the time to put it on straight. 3) The mud flaps were not put on tightly agents the bumper cover. They gave excuses. I'm very thankful to Fanucci Auto Body. My case was slow to get going, because the other guy's auto insurance (a big name company) took their sweet time approving everything. But once Funucci received approval and their funds, they kicked into high gear. I asked them for updates, and they were really good with phoning in updates to me. This was a very helpful, as I had to plan a few days of car rental just right. They finished the work pretty much when they predicted it would be done. All their office staff were attentive and thoroughly professional. They had to order two used passenger side doors for my Kia Soul, but they did an excellent job of matching up the paint. Right off the bat, and all throughout the process, including dealing w insurance, the customer service was stellar! The body work was just as impressive. Didn't know you could reshape a mangled quarter panel w out Bondo. The paint came out good too. I get people's surprise at the cost, but just like the medical industry, you should be insured when dealing w any industry that has to deal w insurance companies. We did hit a couple of snags over some mechanical issues that were unsafe, but those were mistakes by the shop that was sub tasked to handle other than body work. Fanucci did sign off on them, but as soon as I pointed them out, Fanucci bent over backwards to make it right, and did so quickly. True colors, these guys care about the client. From start to finish I was fully impressed with these guys' professionalism and customer service. I recently got rear ended by some clown. His insurance asked me to go to these guys to get a repair quote. I happened to be on the Westside a couple days later, so I showed up, *without an appointment*, about 10 minutes after they had already closed. Not only was the owner guy (Derek) more than happy to take a look at the damage after he'd closed, he even knew who I was.. "Hi, no problem, Ive been expecting you!" said dude. Nice! He said I could drop off my car for the repair any time at my convenience. When I showed up, he already had the Hertz rental car delivery lined up for me (the insurance from the guy who hit me was paying for that, fortunately). Within moments of my showing up to drop off my car, the rental service arrived. Derek carefully explained to me exactly what he thought would need to be done, how long it would take, and was very attentive to all questions I had. Four days later when my car was done (exactly when he said it would be done!), I again was running late. I called to let them know I was going to show up about 10 minutes after they closed. "Not a problem, we're happy to stay open for you". Wow, really? My repair was done perfectly, exactly what was done was explained to me in detail, they had graciously washed my car for me, and there were no "surprises" or upsells. I was already really impressed with these guys' competency and total professionalism. Two days later, when a handwritten thank you note from Derek showed up in the mail, I knew I had to write them up on Yelp. I got the shit end of service First they tell me it would be 8days. I had to call on the 9th day to find out that it wasn't done. Besides that it wasn't even at the shop, it was sent somewhere else I got my car back and noticed the same day that the light that was replaced in the front was fogging up. Meaning they did not seal it right !!! The next day I'm starting up my car to go to work and it started funny and is shaking violently. I called them to let them know and they said "take it to the dealer" That bullshit paper you gave me about warranty for the time you own your car. I hadn't had my car for 24hours and you are acting like you had never seen the car before. Save your time cuz now I'm late to work. I've been here twice for different repairs on our construction trucks. Since we can't afford to keep our trucks in the shop I need quick and efficient service. In both cases I was able to drive in, get my estimate in less than 20 minutes. I had them order the parts they needed and I came back and they made the needed repairs in the same day. The last repair actually came in under the estimate because when they disassembled the truck to make the repair one of the parts that they thought was broken was not, so I was credited that amount. I took my Honda Pilot to Fanucci's Auto Body and had such a positive experience I wanted to let everyone know where to get great car repair work. My Pilot was damaged and I needed it repaired "right" as I count on my vehicle for my work. Derek (the owner/operator) was clear about the details of the repair, got my vehicle in-and-out quickly, and it was done right on time. This was in spite of them having found additional damage when they got my Pilot apart (which they fully explained and asked if I wanted to see). They really made the extra effort to get the vehicle back to me as soon as possible. When I got my Pilot back it drives better than it did before the damage! bought a new (used) Toyota Highlander which is overall very clean but which the previous owner had "nerfed" on all four corners, making cosmetic damage to the bumpers which was bugging me.
