Did an incredible road trip from Los Angeles, to Joshua Tree to Yosemite then Sausalito and made my way down to Monterey but took a stop to Santa Cruz where I came across this AMAZING detail shop and a very hospitable and kind gentleman, named Santos, who took great care or my vehicle and took sometime to chat with myself & my girlfriend! My car was not in bad shape but the dirt roads of Yosemite thrashed my new tires and just putting that much distance overall, my car needed some TLC. He answered my questions about the services he provides & offered what I thought was a great price- seeing as how there is not many places in the area that do hand car washes. He also gave great life advice and made us feel very welcome in Santa Cruz! I'm not sure if I will be heading back up for a road trip anytime soon but I ABSOLUTELY WILL be making a stop here again if I do! You just don't get great service like this all the time let alone anywhere!!! I am huge on communication so when I booked my appointment I informed the gentleman that I would like to pay for a full detailing from the interior to the exterior. The ONLY thing that was detailed with the exterior, the interior was only vacuumed and not even fully, I had to return for the stuff they did not clean. I had left anything that could be opened, left open for them to vacuum, such as the trunk and glove compartment, was not even vacuumed and just closed. But I had them clean the interior of the vehicle before I even left the place because I saw not much had been cleaned. So when I returned and told the gentleman "It is like you did not even detail the interior of my car what so ever, what was the $400 for?" I even tipped the crew who worked on my car $100 which gave them about $35 each. I read and saw so many photos of their Yelp with excellent workmanship so I thought "This is a done deal!" I am not sure if I will be return or recommending this company since I had to go far above and beyond out of my way to get what I paid for done properly in which the gentleman had communicated to me that it would be done. amazing result ! they offered to clean only the seats for 150 or I could get the full package for 300. I only got the seats and the outside cleaning for 50 more and the result is amazing, they did a lot of the inside anyways, and cleaned the plastic and carpets, too, for free. So now the car is almost like new. I tried to remove the fabric stains a few times, nothing worked, but now the seats look better than when I got the car. impressive! read more

I JUST wanted my seats steamed cuz I have dogs and came back the nearly an entire vacuumed and wiped down car WITH beautiful seats. I was looking for a detailing establishment after a rodent gnawed its way into, and took up residence inside my car over a several day period (mountain living problems- ugh). Saying the thing trashed my car seems like an understatement. There were droppings and urine everywhere. EVERYEHERE. In the glove box, on and under all of the seats, in the compartment where my jack supplies are stowed under the trunk area of my car, and inside the side panels. On top of that, the little angel chewed anything that was in there to make nests- papers, upholstery, insulation, completely through spare water bottles. Before the rodent B&E situation, my vehicle needed to be detailed anyway. I have kids, and a yellow lab whose magical hair somehow weaves itself into any fabric surface to plant itself there for all of eternity, immune to any vacuuming or lint rolling attempts. Anyone who has kids knows the damage they can do to a vehicle interior. Bottom line, my vehicle was beyond disgusting. I reached out to Santos and his team based on Yelp reviews, and I am so glad I did. He worked with my insurance company, and made the entire process quick and easy. My car, you guys. When I arrived to pick it up from Abraham Auto Detail, I was speechless. It looks like it just came off the dealer lot. Santos and his crew went above and beyond to ensure my car was spotless and sanitary from the rodent- they even removed the trunk panel to get access to the side panel areas to clean out the droppings and mess inside them. There wasn't even a single dog hair left behind. Not a cheerio. Is it absurd to be emotional about the cleanliness of a vehicle? Maybe it's more related to the care and thoroughness Santos and his team exhibited. I can't praise Abraham Auto Detail enough. I have had my car washed here 3 times now after being burned by Scotts Valley Car Wash too many times. I'm happy I made the choice to switch. Perhaps I just keep getting lucky, but every time I call to check on availability, they tell me I can come now, and within an hour I have my car back nice and clean. Is it always 100% spotless? No, as they are human and make mistakes, but if you make a point of mentioning problem areas or specific concerns, they will go out of their way to attend to them. Only downside is that they don't have a waiting area. I personally go for a walk to Whole Foods or go get an Al Pastor burrito at Taqueria Santa Cruz while I wait! read more

I took my 2013 RAM 1500 to ABRAHAM AUTO DETAIL after I was impressed with the work done on my 2008 Accord. My truck is a Dark Blue Metallic. And it was showing signs of everyday use. Surface scratches, nicks, water spots...you know. I was not proud of the condition. Left the truck with Santos and his crew in the morning. By that mid-afternoon it was ready. My immediate reaction was of AWE! I have never seen the truck look so shiny and the color was a deep blue! The scratches, swirl marks and spots were GONE! Under the hood the engine bay was spotless! I recently bought it, it lived a hard life, and with little love. Abraham and his crew performed magic, and it is 848% times better than I ever could have imagined! I had some bad oil stains on my seats as well as scratches on the body of my car. I called on a Monday and made an appointment for Tuesday to get my car detailed, and by end of day Tuesday my car looks close to brand new. The guys are Abraham are super friendly, easy to do business with, and they do a fantastic job. They cleaned up every little nook and cranny inside and out. I have three boys and we love to go hiking and camping and to the beach so naturally my car is full of sand, dirt, pine needles and dropped snacks. Beautiful - Beautiful - Beautiful. In fact I was so happy driving my newly detailed Tacoma that I made up a song and sung that it was just like having a new car! Had an awful experience with a detailer in silicon valley and took it to Santos the next day he fixed the truck right up and did a real detail job that made me move everything in the garage to put the monster of a truck inside so it can stay as gorgeous as it was when I picked it up.
