I had a fence installed with three of my neighbors. Richy gave us a great quote and put the fence up in two days of work, setting posts and then the boards. He was very easy to work with, friendly and left the place clean of materials. He has a great warranty on his work. Would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Richy and Tristan worked with our schedule so we could get moved in to our new house. They have great attitude, helpful suggestions and did outstanding work - ON TIME! Thank you so very much!! The fence is prettier than I even thought it would be.

After visiting and measuring, he stopped responding to our texted inquiries about the costs of various kinds of fences.

They're now laying rock under my deck and not just throwing it down but beautifully. "FINISH " is the most important root of word "finishing" as carefully done finishes is what separates the well built beautiful work vs just average. My hard earned money to invest in this project has never been so well spent. Thank you Brandon Helms, and your team! Built by Peak! #2 Update for the SUPERB BRANDON HELMS PEAK CARPENTRY! We are now in day 3, and Brandon and his crew, Hunter, and Brandon #2, are one well oiled machine! The hermit in me is able to be alive and well as I DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING, NOT ONE DARN THING! I've never, in 30 yrs of home ownership, experienced such professionalism while being courteous as they are respectful of my HOA neighbors re parking, my property, and as important, the project of my new long awaited, deck! My anxiety situation is NO ANXIETY! Stay tuned! #1 I'm still in planning decision making stage for replacing my deck; however, I've decided on Peak because of Brandon Helms. Yes, their reviews are excellent. But it's the way Brandon has: 1. On time to appt 2. Competent Assessment of my present sub structure 3. On time estimate with all of the options I requested from repair to complete rebuild. 4. Response time to emails 5. His patience in his responses are incredible as he receives my questions by acknowledging their importance to me and offers suggestions, etc. 6. And will include some basic concerns in our future contract which gives me confidence. Now, I once had a great experience initially on a large project and sad to say didn't end well. But as with everything, sometimes one has to jump in and pray. I will with Peak. PHOTOS COMING

We used Kaneco for a full home remodel. It was the worst experience you could ever have with a…read morecontractor. They didn't have an architect draw up a blue print- just a draftsman with a rough outline of dimensions- which had to be altered quite a bit once we got into the job. We had to fix almost everything they touched...To name a few items: -They didn't waterproof our shower and within months of use it started growing red algae and mushrooms. The outside of the shower had black mold. -They installed chipped tile and the wrong drain. -One month after moving in our guest bathroom sank and cracked the tile in half. They were supposed to reinforce under that bathroom because one of the beams was completely rotted. Instead they put new thin boards next to it and nailed it to the old rotted board. -They said they could put new red oak next to 70 year old red oak and make it match & look like white oak with stain. They waited until the end of the job to try it and couldn't remember the stain they chose. Half of our floor turned pink. They were behind on the job so they only finished part of the floor so we could install the kitchen. The floor they finished was so rough I got a splinter when I ran my hand over it. The floor is also so uneven in our main living area that if you put a straight item on it there is a 1.5 inch difference. The brand new floor also had big holes and gaps between planks. -Every window they installed had a dent or a gap. I could go on and on. Basically everything they touched had to be redone. There were also major budget discrepancies. They were up charging us 43% for all of their work and when asked about the budget they kept sending us different ones. None of the numbers made sense. We had to sue them and ended up winning over $60k.

He was charming and reassuring the entire time. He promised that he would not do this to me when I expressed my concern. He gave me a sob CoVid story that forced him to use the $ I had paid (40% deposit)and reason why he was unable to be present for so long. He then asked me to pay a sub directly and for materials. At first I was resistant because the deposit was huge and what was done was minimal. I weighed whether to fire him, lose my 60k+ and try to sue later, find a new contractor OR trust him at his word that he would make it right, not abandon me and keep my budget/contracted amount the same regardless of paying for the materials, and sub out right. I expressed that I would need a contract with the sub for the balance minus materials, because I didn't have that so I wasn't going to pay the sub directly without it. So he said to just pay him but pay for materials. I said I was uncomfortable making more payments when the money Ive already paid has not been displayed or balanced in the work done. He insisted he would make it right he just needed help for the moment. I opted for trust. WHAT A MISTAKE. He filed bankruptcy after I paid 2 more payments. In the end it was 102k directly to him and mayb3e 50k worth the work done. Then the sub finally agreed to a contract with me, after many discussions as a group with me expressing how much in the budget was left to finish, stating that it would be what the contracted amount should be for.... The sub came in wayyyyy over. Stating that Bram only paid him 30k. It's been 7months now that I have been out of half my house, no addition has been even started and the interior of the existing space is only roughed in. I am looking for other homeowners that have dealt with him, and may want to join lawsuit. There are no assets in bankruptcy, he managed to have 1.4million in debt/ with nearly 70 creditors. Feel free to find me if you are one of the homeowners suffering. I haven't slept in months. He has ruined my life and home. My kids are affected. He should not be allowed to have another GC business or license.
