When we finally got someone to come out, instead of working to remove the stain, they put a sealer over the stain and said there was nothing more that they can do. We have attempted to work out a resolution with the company multiple times but to no avail. Several local granite companies said they sold us the wrong kind of granite for outdoors. There are many reputable granite companies in KC. This is NOT one of them. Take your time and look elsewhere.

Cabinets were damaged, broken quartz was installed, and the overhang was inconsistent. We had a full height backsplash installed that was 1/4 inch too short and wood shims were put in the gap between the quartz and the upper cabinet with no caulk to cover them. Immediately after they left I contacted the office and the installer with pics of the job and asked how these things would be fixed. They came out and determined there was too big of a mess and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Needless to say we ended up taking them to small claims court. We won the judgement through mediation and the day they were to come and pick up the quartz and return our downpayment to us our lives were threatened. We recorded the whole incident. The police were called and we filed a report. We have since received our payment. I am writing this review to hopefully save others from having to deal with this company.

I bought an ice-cream scoop kit that demands you build it a handle; made a handle for it out of some 25 year-aged osage orange I had sitting around. The kit broke in like 5 ways, so... I don't know, still a great place for wood working enthusiasts. Tools galore, they have so much to play with in there; honestly, first time in, and I spent more than an hour walking around and touching things. They also have a great email system set up, so sign up for that. The location is a little Narnia-esq, what with the lefts and the rights and the straights, and don't get me started on the parking.
