I get it, take the money and run and forget who keeps you in business in the first place. It would take about 10 minutes to put shutters on 3 windows. I wish I had picked another company. And they told me that if a piece was damaged they could not guarantee the same color in the future, so make sure you ask that question when you are interviewing other companies. Make that a must !!!!!!!

Do not argue that potential customer's own experience while trying to flex your knowledge until you bully them into buying your product. Also, when you have people wearing your logo and uniform out knocking doors, make sure they represent your company well. How you treat people who are not your customers speaks far more loudly than how you treat people who are your customers. Upon seeing my review, this company reached out to right the wrongs. I always appreciate it when companies own up to their mistakes and seek to rectify them.
