Be very careful about getting involved with this company. They offer an inexpensive service and you get what you pay for. This is an unprofessional, unskilled, inconsistent and unpredictable company. The owner/operator is not honest and does not stick to written agreements. He does whatever he wants, regardless of what you agree to or what he tells you he will do. The work done onsite is subpar. They have damaged our landscaping by improperly cutting coniferous and deciduous trees. They have charged us for services they don't provide. They've dumped lawn clipping in individual homeowner's personal trash cans. They ignore broken sprinklers and change our watering timers without permission. We've paid a lot in water because of that. I could go on, but I think you get the basic idea. I recommend you avoid this company if you want acceptable service, never mind good or great. We had to learn the hard way. Want to give a big Shout out to Marco and his great team. They not only do my weekly service and blow out in a timely and professional manner but this is the second year we have improved my landscape design from builder grade. My plants, grass and border are beautiful! Also, the men work both quickly and thorougly. Everything is planted well, they watered to make sure everything would live and they cleaned up afterwords. Very Unreliable. Made an appointment for Sprinkler blowout well I'm advance of season. He failed to show up for my appointment. I contacted him and he gave me another appointment that he also did not keep. Marco is not reliable, and does not follow through on his commitments. I would hesitate to hire him for anything else, as he has very poor customer communication and business sense. read more

Marco replied to my request for a job estimate asking for my property address and a contact phone number. When I explained this was a property I was closing on and was trying to get a tenant in until we move up to the property, his reply was, "I think I'll pass". I explained the situation and he said to contact him when I move in. Since that won't be until at least another year from now, and I'd like to beautify and simplify the property now to attract a renter, what am I supposed to do? Disappointed with the work. I hired them awhile back to do my landscaping and I wasn't home to direct them but I communicated where I wanted the trees, grass, etc. first, they did the wrong rock and I let that pass, then the trees were way to close to the fence, I asked about moving them; they said they can't. I let it go. I hired them again for another job which they half-fast, I had to pull out the edging and haven't been able to use the rock area because they just buckled. I was going to rehire them to fix the first job but they never got back to me. I was referring them to people, but won't any longer. read more
