The syrup was excellent; tasted like grade A natural stuff. The cardamom butter was disappointing, though. I love cardamom and wanted it to punch me in the face but there was barely any cardamom or cinnamon. The young girl at the front counter finally had to go in the back to find the barista because a lot of people were waiting for drinks. It's summer so a lot of iced drinks being ordered but they were not prepared and they ran out of lids for their iced cups so were using regular cups. And the latte literally just tasted like cold almond milk. :( I was already running late for my hair appointment because of the long wait so didn't have time to go back in to get them to remake it.
