Lots of blueberries in their muffin
    Alex L.

Finally! A blueberry muffin that's actually filled with blueberries. It's a very tender muffin with juicy blueberries in every single bite, capped with a crunchy top that's not too sweet. I also got a bag of pecan shortbread cookies. They are the perfectly sandy texture, punctuated with bits of pecans and a contrasting caramelized sugar crunch on the edges. I will definitely be back to try the other pastries and lunch items!

Drove past this spot on my way to an appointment and stopped in on the way back. What a cute little gem in a strip mall. It felt so homey and quaint inside - genuine people serving you and baking goods in the back. Wide open space so you can see the kitchen with indoor and outdoor seating options. I got my order to go so I could share it with my hubby at home. Ice vanilla latte - delicious and not too sweet. Great coffee flavor! Almond croissant - 10/10 filling inside YUM! Cinnamon roll croissant - delicious but not too sweet. We enjoyed! Support local and pop into this place. I noticed a few people having business meetings/coffee here too aside form friends catching up or solo locals just enjoying the morning.

Stopped by here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Cute little patisserie in a strip mall. There was a line to get pastries and coffee. They have a few tables where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast. You ordered at the counter and then pay. They give you the pastry right away and you wait for your caffeinated drink. Ordered a chocolate croissant and double expresso. The croissant was a little dry and overdone. It could have also used more of the chocolate filling. Overall it was an ok chocolate croissant. I would have like more chocolate and not overly crispy and flakey as it was. The expresso was good. Made fresh. No complaints on that. Won't be rushing here anytime soon.

    Passion fruit tart

I stopped here for some birthday treats earlier this year in May. I was looking through a few Yelp reviews and the passion fruit tart caught my eye. Couldn't pass up on the tiramisu either. Not pictured was a couple of danish pastries. The passion fruit tart was excellent. Not too sweet and very refreshing on a hot summer day. The tiramisu was good as well, but wasn't my favorite I've ever had. If you like chocolate, this will definitely give you your fix - thick layer on top. The danish pastries were a bit dry, but I will say they were flaky. I noticed a loaf of focaccia bread that looked amazing. I will be back to try that! Service was very friendly and when I told her it was my fist time, she welcomed me and explained any item on their menu. In today's world, you don't always see a lot of friendly service - it was just a pleasant experience.

I can't believe it took me so long to try this stellar bakery. I went at 8:00am on Friday, and was happy to see a full case of goodness. By 8:30am the lines started and did not stop. I worked there for a bit, fast and no password for wifi. There are a good amount of tables but get there early! I got: chocolate criossant, cherry danish, chocolate scone, and challah. Wow wow wow. Everything was delicious, butterly, flaky goodness all around. I highly recommend stopping here. It was most definitely one of the best challahs I've ever had.

Okay I have to say that they get a 5/5 for preordered decorated cookies and a 2/5 for the scone I grabbed. The cookies were excellent - they were able to decorate 30 cookies for a baby shower on short notice so I'm bumping my review to a 4 mostly based on that. Staff were super helpful both on the phone, via email and in person. The scone I got was supposed to be raspberry white chocolate and I honestly think it was just a plain scone with questionable blue specs? I took a few bites and threw it away. Honestly gross. Will give them another shot because the croissants looked good and the cookies were amazing. Just really disappointed on the scone. I can make a better scone at home.

What a delightful business... they catered our baby shower with ease... They were easy to work with and the service was excellent. Rave reviews from all the guests and the mommy to be. The Garden Vegetable soup and all the desserts (tarts(especially cherry), macaroons, scones, brownies, crème puffs, shortbread and sugar cookies) were BIG, BIG hits... for me the quiche was outstanding.... Thank You to Margarita and her staff... ooh don't forget the Baguettes and Croissants

When I visited, I could tell that they are not operating under normal circumstances as there are no tables to sit inside. As we are in a pandemic still, I certainly appreciated the focus on safety. I arrived around 11:30 so the bakery items were a little sparse as it was nearing the end of their day. I ordered a vanilla latte and some caramel macarons. Quite honestly, a perfect 11:30 nosh. The latte was amazing! So creamy and smooth. The perfect balance. They even had a bit of latte art on it as well. The latte might have been the best vanilla latte. The macaron was so delicious! Wish I would have ordered some other flavors to try.

Apple map showed me this place. I showed up late before they close I was looking for almond croissant. Of course they were out of it. So the lady suggested this piece for me. I bought it went to my car and it was so yummy I ate the whole thing it was very light. It is not immediately on the highway but not too far from the highway one minute to drive. Easy location a lot of parking spots. Many other businesses around it. Edina usually they have a good businesses. Large space insights. I will have to come back to try their Almond croissant.

    Beignetssss!

Cute little bakery! I came on a Saturday morning around 8:20am for the beignets but found so much more! Since it was just a bit after opening, the bakery wasn't too busy. Two people were in line ahead of me but service is quick. Staff is really nice and will correct you if you can't pronounce the French words. In addition to the beignets, I picked out a chocolate croissant, cinnamon roll, and kouign amann. Out of everything, I would have to say the cinnamon rolls were the highlight of the bunch. I left the bakery a little after 9am and the line was pretty much out the door. Get here early to avoid the crowds.

First, I love the pastries you can buy to-go. This review though is for their cooking class. Be…read moreaware that you will be seated with a group of 6 and you'll have to work with them to decide who does what tasks, since not everyone will get to try making everything. I attended solo but luckily really liked the group I was assigned to. We wanted everyone to work on things they enjoy and allowed everyone to try some parts of the important tasks (making pasta and pastry dough). Your enjoyment might really depend on what your group is like. You can buy wine and beer to drink while you take the class, and those were reasonably priced I thought! $9 for a glass of wine and I think $8 for beer. The class was chaotic since we were making three courses and things needed to be done at different times, but the chaos felt like how it really is in a kitchen making multi course menus, so that didn't bother me! The assistants were great and helped us stay on track and helped if we were struggling with anything. I can't say I learned much from the class (which is why I only gave 4 stars), but I sure had a lot of fun!

Living in the North Loop, Cooks Bellecour was hands-down our most visited spot--and for good…read morereason! This place is a slice of French heaven right in Minneapolis. Their pastries? Pure magic. The chocolate almond croissant is next level--flaky, buttery, and packed with rich, decadent flavor. And don't even get me started on the breakfast sandwiches--they're gourmet-level masterpieces. Every bite is perfection. The vibe & service here is warm and inviting, with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries filling the air. Whether you're grabbing a coffee, treating yourself to a pastry, or diving into one of their soups or salads, this place nails it every time. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Cooks Bellecour is an absolute gem!
