There was not enough things for 3 couples when staying in a 3 bedroom house. To start - 3 couples meant 3 cars. Plus $50 per car and you could only have 2 on site. That meant someone had to find a place to park their car- not in the garage. They said there was overflow parking and there was not. No one said parking wasn't included. Once in the room they gave wristbands to use the facilities, except you had to have a code to go anywhere. We were there for 4 days and they gave 1 tablet for the dishwasher - so we couldn't use it but 1 day. 1 sponge, no towels for the kitchen and no dish drain. Only 2 trash bags. Although they had a small thing of washing soap for the washer, they only had 1, so 3 couples couldn't wash their cloths. The elevators were atrocious. Day 1, you had to wait, although it wasn't too bad, they really need more elevators. But day 2 - 1 elevator had to be shut down, and the 2nd wasn't working well and it was taking an hour to use it. Some people said upwards of 2 hours. It was a beautiful place but these issues make it hard to want to come back. We felt trapped in our room, not able to go anywhere with it loosing an entire hour just to go.

When we arrived and asked why wasn't there any info on construction at the place they said they are not liable to give that info out. The parking garage is a literal nightmare. Your assigned parking space is numbered and they are not in any order what so ever so you just drive sound the entire garage until you find your number. The staff is absolutely so rude and hateful. The reviews a read about the elevator experience were a little light compared to what we actually waited for them. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes PLUS to get ON the elevator another 20 minutes just to get to your floor from all the people and kids pushing buttons the elevator stays stopped longer than it does moving. The only issues we had with our room was the sliding balcony door DID NOT LOCK and the door to the room also did not have a locking feature where a small child could not unlock it. We actually had a really bad scare and could not find out one year old we thought she had gotten out of the room. Luckily she was hiding in one of the closets. But still it shouldn't have been something we even had to think of. The dryer in our room needs to be maintenance it ripped nearly an entire load of our clothes. Other than the parking garage the elevator and the door locks it is okay place to stay. I'd say for more family atmosphere do not stay here. You will smell pot . You will hear people's loud really nasty music. We will definitely go a different way next time we visit PCB. Oh and to add in there is no hot water for more than one person taking a shower.

We rewashed and dried the bed linens, which was inconvenient. We also found an empty candy wrapper in the living room. We told our host they may need to speak with their cleaning service and they were apologetic. We didn't have any other real issues with the unit. Parking wasn't bad, but the elevator situation was annoying. We had to wait long periods of time for an elevator on multiple occasions.The store onsite was convenient, but pricey. We did love that this property is truly beachfront. Getting to the beach each day was easy. We did choose to rent umbrellas and chairs through the beach service because we were not interested in setting up, breaking down, and having to haul beach equipment. Overall, it was a decent stay. Not sure we'd come back though.
