Though we had already spent some time on our own looking for houses, Joey gave us suggestions on several other places to look including a few new subdivisions. We never once felt like just "another client", when my wife and I had questions or concerns he has not hesitated to text or call with reply if needed. We felt that he has fought to make sure that we are getting exactly what we are paying for and not being taken advantage of by the builder, including making sure to get a 3rd party inspection of our new home.
