I have been to the ER twice in the last few months and get pumped with steroids, no Exrays, just pain meds, and steroids placed in a port. Actually a bandage for the problem, and then the pain (about a 10 on the scale) comes again a week later, can not feel my arms, but oh the back, and neck throbbing. Can not drive for I can barely move my head. Do not want this quality of life!!! So I came here got Exrays told I have Scoliosis, and Osteophytes.And I can manage this. We called before opening hours, left a message and were called right back being given an appointment in 45 minutes! A very helpful and friendly staff for sure! So appreciative that he saw an unknown patient from Michigan without hesitation. Our Prayers were answered!!! Having had Chiropractic care for 45 years, Dr. Keith Ratcliff's approach was like nothing I had ever experienced! Not only did he give me a spinal adjustment to correct my painful issue, he also used an Activator tool to assist in that adjustment. I had never seen a tool like that before. He continued to use it with my body's energy field to correct other issues including my knee which had troubled me since my grand-dog took me down a month earlier. My regular Chiropractor never even looked at it even though I had told him about it. I assumed it was out of the Chiropractic realm and I would have to see a specialist. Not the case at all as this doctor corrected my spine, knee and many other spots he discovered using my energy field and his Activator tool. On top of all that, he desensitized me to several food sensitivities/allergies and even the radio frequency of my iPhone! I'm completely blown away at this point!
