Great laundrymat that's open later, very clean and a lot of machines and dryers. It is no cash so you need to purchase their $2 card and add money. Made it kind of difficult to buy an extra laundry bag cuz we forgot one but luckily I had a few quarters in my bag. I will be back again if I ever need to wash late. read more

My partner and I have been going to this laundromat for almost 10 years now - when it was still Sam's Laundromat. We love this place and all of their on the floor staff! Their staff that are seen sweeping the floors and cleaning the washers/dryers are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and skilled. Unfortunately, we were hit with a bit of stressful situation where one of the washers we were using (speed queen big wash) was stuck at 15 minutes (imaged) for about 30+ minutes. We tried opening the washer via the door handle but it was obviously still locked and running the cycle. There didn't seem to be a cancel or stop button, and there weren't any workers on the floor to assist us either. I tried calling the number listed on this yelp but it's currently not in service. Through a quick google search I found a working number and tried calling them multiple times but it lead to no answer. With concern and stress arising, my partner and I were wondering what we should do. Should we leave our clothes? Should we try opening it? We seemed quite hopeless considering there wasn't anyone present and they weren't answering our calls. With no options left and another quick google search on how to stop the Speed Queen washer, we tried holding the start button for 3 seconds but unfortunately that did not work. We were starting to get pessimistic considering the fact that we aren't able to buy new clothes and we actually really like the clothes that are in the washer. A few minutes after this, I received a call from one of the owners. At first I was extremely relieved, but was greeted a bit aggressively by the owner that called. I believe it was the Filipino woman owner. She said that she can see us in the camera and that the washer is not ours and would like us to try to stop trying to open it. I understood her concern but didn't appreciate her tone. No apology, no customer-focused engagement or approach in trying to problem solve. That interaction was incredibly disappointing. I hope they can improve on consistency in ensuring a staff is in the floor to assist with any challenges. That would have easily prevented this situation. And I do hope the female owner can eventually learn to communicate in a calm and professional manner. Where she could have easily laid out the expectation of not touching the equipment, apologized for lack of staff presence, and presented the solution of a worker arriving in about 15 minutes. I could go in detail regarding what the owner said, her tone, etc. but I don't want that to derail the validity of my concern by speaking with emotion. I still appreciate all the on the floor staff! It's not their fault no one was here to assist us - it's the owner's. I hope they can improve their customer service especially when it comes to problem solving and concern. One of the cleanest, organized and well staffed laundromats I've ever been in. Prices are better than any other stores. I came in to wash my towels, blankets, rugs and dog bed. Had enough large capacity washers to save time. The dryers work very efficiently and didn't need much time and money to dry my items. There are plenty of machines available so less waiting. The staff definitely does a great job keeping it tidy. I highly recommend this place. read more

Overall still the same experience with new staff and a cleaner environment as I always notice an employee walking around ensuring machines are cleaned and trash is emptied. Prices have changed and are as follows: - $3.75 for top loaded washers - $3.75 for SMALL side loaded washers - $6.00 for MEDIUM size loaded washers - $7.00 for LARGE size loaded washers - $8.00 for XL side loaded washers Dryers are still $0.25 for 7 mins. Top loaded washers last for 30 minutes cycles. Side loaded washers last for 24 minute cycles. My experience with the 10 top loaded washers: 1. OK 2. OK 3. OK 4. OK 5. OK 6. OK 7. Seems like hot water only, takes longer than 30 8. Takes 45 mins 9. Doesn't take out all water 10. Takes longer than 30 mins They use the money card system which is one the main reasons I still come back since it is convenient. Simply purchase a reusable card for $2 and transfer money onto it through the machine. That way you are able to use the card instead of carrying around coins or dollar bills. There's free wifi and a decent amount of parking depending on the day and time you go. I usually come in the early morning or late night when it's empty. Glad this place is open 7 days a week from 4am all the way to Midnight in case we have to clean something spontaneously. read more

The dryer machines have some rust in them so the machines themselves are definitely not as new as the ones at Clean X-Press. But, their dryer is stronger so you don't need to wait as long for clothes to be dry. With low and medium heat, I put in 49 minutes and it was more than enough. The dryer here is definitely stronger and more efficient. The floors aren't new, but the staff there is SO consistently hard working. I was there on & off for around 2 hours since the washer/dryer at my place broke, and the 1 employee was cleaning out every single machine, making sure they work, emptying the trash cans, etc. I saw him do SO MUCH today as I was waiting for the rest of my laundry to be done. They have a great employee, no doubt about it! They don't have the XL washing machines like Clean X-Press does, but they have a lot of machines so I didn't have to wait for anyone to be done. It does cost $2 to buy a card to put money in, but it's nice you don't need to have cash on hand. They are open 4am to 12am, while most are closed by 10pm. Their long hours are super convenient and it is clean here, so I'd still give it 5 stars. Down the street there is a 7-Eleven, a sandwich shop, and the Daly City police station. McDonald's and Carls Jr is also super close by. If you come earlier there is a market in the same plaza and a few other small stores nearby you can take a look at while waiting. Parking was easy since they have a parking lot and there was plenty of space to park around 8pm and later though I don't know about the parking situation at other times. I think since there's only a market and sandwich shop at the same plaza, it should be easy to park any time. read more

Great local spot to get your laundry done late night. They close at 12 which is later than most of the laundromat's around Daly City. I had come back from an event and had to wash the rags and towels we used because I didn't want them to sit wet overnight. This place being open until midnight allowed me to mark this off my list and get it done. read more
