This incredible responsiveness and service is what's led me to write this review. Felipe and his team always find a way to help me. I feel lucky to have found their business. I don't just contact them about my orders, I often ask questions about their different services and how I can best maintain my nicer clothes. They always provide incredible consultation. It's clear they're experts. I drop off my clothes to one of their drop-box locker locations after my morning gym routine. They clean everything per my instructions very quickly and they leave my clean clothes in the same locker. My goal is to save time by making my laundry routine a 5 minute detour on the way to work, instead of a 3 hour time suck on a Saturday. So far it's gone even better than I had hoped. I highly recommend e-Laundry USA to any professionals looking to save time and feel great in their clothes.

So i won't be coming back here. I like the one i go to in San Francisco. Even though the parking sucks in San Francisco, you have a lot of places you can park here. There are usually long lines for the 4-load and 6-load washers. They have about two dozen small-load machines, which seem to be used less often because of the cost. I think it would be a great idea to replace some of those with more larger-capacity machines since those are clearly the most popular. Overall, it's a great laundromat just try to avoid peak hours if you need the bigger machines.

She wanted to make sure her seamstress was there & available to measure me. I needed alterations for my sister's upcoming wedding and had about 1-1.5 weeks of turnaround time. Shay assured me that alterations were definitely possible and they delivered on their promise! The pants just needed a simple hem and new waist button, but the dress was a double-layered fabric that I needed to take up a few inches. I think I paid about $70-90? for both, which was a looooot more affordable than other quotes I got from other tailors in the area. They have a small fitting area that's curtained off, so you can try on your alterations to make sure they fit well. I was very happy to see myself in the dress for the first time. Parking is usually available in the lot that the store is at, but there's a couple bumps and potholes to watch out for -- that's not Broadmoor Cleaners' responsibility, but naming it for folks who might have accessibility challenges. The best part is that they're open later into the evening, so you don't have to rush on the way back home from the city for pickup/dropoff. 10/10 experience, and will definitely be back for future alterations!!

Shay blamed the maker of the suit for the material rather than their shoddy work dry cleaning the suit. I was appalled because the quality of this brand of suit was why it was purchased! It was meant to last and was meant to be cleaned using dry cleaning methods. It was a recent purchase worn at their wedding and the first time it would be dry cleaned. The awful dry cleaning splotch wasn't just a small ruined spot, but all over, so this suit is no longer wearable. The owner of the suit was so heartbroken because of the sentimental value of it plus it was tailored previously. Shay refused to take accountability, and because my family member already paid, she refused to refund or apologize or anything! She kept blaming the suit maker and material used. Yes, the suit was ruined, but Shay's demeanor made an awful situation feel more terrible than it had to. She looked kind of scared and seemed only concerned for herself and her business and didn't show an ounce of care about her customers. She stayed respectful but very distant and didn't make an effort to right a situation where her business wronged the customer. In fact, they kept the payment for this awful work. And dry cleaning a suit is not cheap! I was right in my previous review. Hence, lowering to a 1 star, and I hope you take heed and won't have to go through what we did! We both had sentimental items dry cleaned here and we both ended up with ruined items. Not worth it, and I'd think twice before coming here.

They have free detergent, community dryer balls, spray bottles -- basically all the things you usually have to bring yourself. Tons of washers, plenty of dryers, and a big folding area that doesn't feel gross or cramped. I come here to wash my mats, comforters, and bedding even though I have a washer and dryer at home. That should tell you everything. If you're stuck doing laundry, this is about as good as it gets.
