It was my first time going here and it was very crowded and a small space. There's only 4 plastic chairs to sit on and the workers were washing and folding tons of hotel white bed sheets while it was super busy. So the washers, dryers and the carts were very limited. Some customers were keeping the carts and put their stuff on it and some were keeping it by their cars. People are just plain rude! I'll go back to Sam's and they use cards and no more coins so it's much easier to do laundry. read more

Very clean and attendant on duty to assist as needed. There is a sink to wash hands after handling dirty clothes and detergent, etc. Machines only accept coins so must bring cash which they will make change for you. I've found most laundromats in SF have atrocious parking, however, parking is easy and convenient at this location (if not too busy). Decent for laundry but not recommended for dry cleaning. I prepaid for 2 shirts and it came out to around $15. Then when it was ready to be picked up, the short lady was rude and said I had to pay again because they don't pre pay. Didn't feel like arguing about it since I was in a rush but make sure you take a picture of the receipts so this doesn't happen to you. read more

I've been using this laundromat on and off for maybe 20 years, and today's visit reminded me why I keep coming back. Although I haven't visited as often since I reside in San Francisco, this place remains a reliable choice due to its reasonable pricing and clean, well-maintained facilities. The added bonuses plentiful, parking and Starbucks across the street and surrounded by many restaurants, in and out burger up the block. During my visit, I was impressed by a wonderfully kind interaction with a gentleman who I believe is the owner, possibly named Chris based on responses I've seen on other reviews. While he didn't formally introduce himself his willingness to help and informative about the laundry machines seems to suggest he was involved with the operations. I recognized him from the tiny pic in his responses to reviews. His genuine kindness stood out when he noticed my mom struggling with heavy laundry bags and quickly offered his assistance thinking she was by herself. Even when I arrived to help my mom, he continued to hold open the door and alert us to the fact that the cart may get stuck on an elevated strip area in the doorway. His helpfulness throughout our visit was remarkable, offering advice on using certain larger machines to save some money for multiple loads and checking in to ensure we were all set--a level of customer service that's hard to find these days. Such attention to customer service is, sadly, rare in many businesses today, making this experience truly refreshing. It seems that the women who have been there for years, possibly family members, have also played a part in maintaining the, well kept, clean and welcoming hospitality atmosphere here. Whoever raised this young man did a fine job--his courteous demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile were truly commendable. Additionally, the presence of a restroom makes this place even more convenient, especially for my mom, who as a senior elder tends to need to visit the restroom frequently. It's also nice that there's a sink to wash your hands of a detergent and other cleaning products. Given these positive experiences, even though I live above a laundromat in the city, I'll certainly make this my go-to spot whenever I need to tackle larger laundry loads. Kudos to Chris and the team for cultivating such a positive experience. Even if it may be occasional or once in a blue moon, looking forward to more visits to tackle the laundry. read more

This would be an easy 5-stars if they would upgrade their washers to take card or tap payments. Most other laundromats in the area, including the less nice ones, have at least a few machines you can operate without cash. Not only is this place cash only, it's QUARTERS ONLY. Plus they have signs everywhere about a quarter shortage, that quarters are for customers only, and that they will buy back unused quarters. A lot of folks, myself included, don't carry cash anymore. There is a chase bank a few doors down with ATMs, and then you can get the attendant at the laundromat to swap your 20s for smaller bills, put those in the quarter machine, do your laundry, and then swap your unused quarters for 1s on the way out. A ton of hassle. Otherwise this place is clean and relatively quiet. Staff seems nice. Will give it a second try! read more

My washer and dryer is broken so I came here when I needed laundry done. It's located in a small plaza with In-n-out, Bobaville, Chase, Boston Market, T-Mobile, and a Big 5 Sports store. Directly across from it is a bigger plaza with Total Wine, At&t, Panera Bread, Sprouts, Bed Bath & Beyond, Starbucks, Shake Shack, Petsmart, Skechers, etc. It's a great location for sure. The super large washer is $8.25 and the super large dryer is $2.50 for 40 minutes. You can seriously put a LOT of clothes in both the washer and dryer. For the size of my regular washer, I would need to wash 3 to 4 times, so I thought I had a bunch of laundry to do but when put into the big machines here, there's still plenty of space especially in the dryer. The machines are new and it is very clean too. Hopefully I don't need to come back, but if I do need laundry done elsewhere, this is the place. read more

This is a very nice laundry service. I would give it a 5 but minus 1 for the very rude, tiny lady attendant on day time. She would make fun of me for putting vinegar on my laundry on rinse cycle. She would even make snide comments to her friends who she chats with in the laundry area like " she's missing the fish sauce." Small mind. Uneducated woman. If she only know the good use of vinegar on laundry. I wonder how many other customers she terrorized in there. I hope owner hears about this. read more

Ok this is my second visit in as many weeks. This time on Sunday evening...at 5:50 pm. Yeah, it's a bit busier than mid-day on Wednesday. I had trouble actually getting a washer tonight. But it' s noe 6:40 pm and it's thinning out already. Today there is an attendant on site, cleaning some machines. The place is very clean today. Looking late night to turn in my dry cleaning and this was the only place open. For that convenience I give them 3 stars. Otherwise I would give them about a 2 for average. They got the job done, my suit was clean, no complaints. Do expect a couple days b/c they do send out their dry cleaning to a 3rd party and not in house. Don't expect top notch service, just expect to get things done. My suit only cost around $500, so if your article of clothing is expensive or something you cherish, then go elsewhere. read more

It was an okay in cleanliness but the reason why I will not come back here and why my first time to come was also my last is because, the worker removed my clothes in the washer without asking permission or letting me know and this happened during pandemic where everything is so delicate! Easy parking and clean. The machines work. What more can you ask for? It does get busy during the obvious times that it gets busy (weekends and evenings). It's clear this place tries to be a good laundromat by keeping the premises clean while providing free wi-fi, TV, vending machines, and an attendant. For those saying there are rude people here, I'm not sure how this the laundromat's fault or how they could possibly control that. This is a laundromat. By far the most cleanest laundromat I've ever been to! Lots of washers and dryers, bathroom, sinks, tv, wall chargers, free WiFi, and parking! Could it get any better than that? The price is a little more than the usual place I go to but totally worth it. Two things to note: they don't have a vending machine for detergent, etc., and clothes must be taken out of the dryer asap or else the Filipina lady who works there will take them out for you and I'm not sure what happens from there. read more

I truly regret coming here to use the wash and fold service for my clothes. Practically all my clothes were ruined from this place. Clothes came back with stains and the color sucked out of them. It's very disappointing to have most of your wardrobe ruined that you've spent a lot of money just for someone who does this on a daily to ruin your clothes. If I wanted to fuck them up I would've simply did it on my own. Everyday that I pull out one of my items I see that either the color has changed or it has stains that were not previously there. Looks like most of my stuff was washed incorrectly. I'm truly sad by this because no one should have their clothes ruined by folks who are supposedly professional and do this as a business. I've been living in Daly City for 26 years now and I would say this is the best laundrymat there is in Daly City (fully renovated and brand new washing machines and dryers), or even in the surrounding city like South San Francisco, Pacifica and Colma. They're in an excellent location, restaurants nearby such as Boston Market, Starbucks, soon to open In and Out Burger. And next to Serramonte Shopping Center and Gelllert Marketplace, banks and gasoline stations nearby. The place has a wifi, coffee machine and 2 LCD TV while doing your laundry there. Met the owner Chris one time he's very friendly and accommodating to his patron and the attendant Ludie she's always there to assist you whenever needed, she even taught me how to properly fold a bed skirt cover. Note: March 25, 2017 Just want to add most washing machines nowadays are energy efficient also meaning less water. With these new machines in Clean Express the water level are adequate, the owner Chris adjusted the water level (more water) making sure your clothes are being wash efficiently. read more

I was asking a few questions because it was my first time. She basically told me to do the laundry on my own. I am willing to pay for the service and pick it up whenever its ready so why are you turning me away???? Of course to save money, I'd gladly do it at home but I'm just too busy this week. Soooo...... There were no other dryers available for me to use 'cept a top one. I was able to put all my clothes in - no problem. Just tossed em in. Getting them out though..... -.- Posed a problem. I couldn't reach all the way in. I was already tippy-toeing. I was already making "ughhhhh!" stretchy arm noises trying to reach in as far as I could. I already tried jumping up and forward, but my breastesis took the heat for that move. And when I WAS able to grab something from a jump, the force was so strong that when I was coming back down, I ended up flinging the piece behind me and across the laundry mat right onto an elderly man's chest. I don't even think he realized my sock (right, my "sock") was on his chest until I walked up to him, apologized, and took it off. I think he was asleep. Other than that, the laundry mat is great. Clean. Machines work and all that. Nice workers who remember you from last time. Not one of those joints that change your dollars into "tokens" that will only work for their machines. I usually liken laundromats to grungy looking folks and machines which are half working or out of order. This place, glamorous by no means, is awesome. We had a few loads to do and our shared apartment laundry room was full so we took our stuff to this place. Large load washers and excellent dryers kept us there for little more than an hour. Will definitely be coming back here when we have a large amount of laundry to do. read more
