This is a great laundromat for someone that does not want to be alone doing their laundry. It's always crowded and a great place to bring the whole family. It's hard to get an available cart when transferring your clothes from the washer to the dryer. Reasonable prices and lots of different washer sizes but best to do the laundry fast. Sometimes it's hard to get a washer that you want. Same if you want to sit and wait in the laundromat. At least the staff keep the laundromat clean and it's a great location of lots of places nearby. I love the phone app option because you can check the availability and how long will your washer/dryer finish. Also adding money and option of card or cash. I only went to this place like 15 times and stopped going there because I moved. read more

Solid setup having both an ATM and change machine side by side -- super convenient when you actually need cash and coins fast. The ATM worked fine, no issues there. The change machine did its job too, but it could be a bit cleaner and the bill acceptor felt a little slow. Still, everything functioned and saved me a trip elsewhere. I begrudgingly had to haul all my clothes to the laundromat after my dryer broke down at home. It's been years since I've washed clothes in a laundromat. Westlake Laundry is clean, spacious, and has plenty of machines throughout. I was able to use Apple Pay at each machine, therefore didn't have to purchase a card nor cash for coins, which for me, is very convenient. I washed, dried, and folded all mine and my daughter's clothes in 2 hours. This usually takes me 2 days at home, lol. Would definitely return if needed! read more

I just started coming here with my girlfriend. It's not and ideal situation because I went from having a washer in my unit and no longer have it temporarily. But coming here on Sundays has been a good experience. The place is always very clean and all the machines are great and brand new. Sharon is amazing and she is always so friendly and helpful. Management needs to give her a raise $ pronto! She said she's only here Sundays and last Sunday she wasn't here and her presence was missed. This place has really improved since I was a kid. Every washer and dryer is maintained and when it's broken down, the boss himself comes and fixes it. The staff keep it very clean. There are several laundromats closer to me but I go here even if parking is hard to find because I actually feel safe here. read more

This is the cleanest, well lit, well kept laundromat. New machines big and small, new folding counters, clean restroom, and we always get pretty good parking. This laundry place is great! Always clean and the owners are soo nice and helpful. Ever since they integrated other payment options such as the laundry card and mobile app, I don't have to deal with quarters not going through the machines. And speaking of the mobile app, I think is pretty great that it shows what machines are available, what's in use, and tells you when your laundry cycle is done (if you paid through the app that is).
