this is not real Chinese food. one time I ordered a dish that was supposed to have Bokchoy in it. they only ever put the what part of it in the dish.... they keep all the green parts for themselves. I saw them eating all this nice green bokchoy on their break. the dishes are not worth the price. they use the cheapest vegetables (carrots and celery) and hardly any of the others listed, like bell peppe or bokchoy. all the dishes have the same thread of flavor. none of them stand out from the rest. Ive been there three times hoping for a better experience. I think after three times it's safe to say, it's better going to a chinese or Japanese buffet where they have real ingredients and each dish has its own flavor.... and there's better vegetables worth the price tag. read more

This place is the perfect little escape, from the flat hills and corn fields. Nice interior, beautiful artwork to look at, very nice employees, and it smell SO GOOD inside! And of course, the food is amazing. I have had a ton of oriental food; Tai, Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, Vietnamese, Mongolian... by far this is the close to at home cooking I have experienced in a restaurant. This restaurant recently changed its name to 88 Chinese Restaurant but still has the same type of Chinese food. The portions they serve are enough for both my wife and I to have a meal.
