I did grab the viral Japanese fruit ice cream (peach & mango) and well...they were good but I guess I was expecting something more intense. We should've taken our time but instead we ate too much sugar too quickly and the outcome was not positive. That pâté? Don't skip it. The bread is exactly what it needs to be. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside... not too hard, not too soft. Perfect balance.
