In gist, I'm really glad I went! For its price, my therapist, Cindy did a phenomenal job. Would absolutely return for a $29 do over for a treat myself type of experience. Given the price, I tipped a larger amount than usual but she earned every dollar. I also appreciated that Cindy wore a mask and I did too. There was a mixed bag in terms of patrons but all staff wore them, including the receptionist. On a Sunday, I called and was able to get an appointment in about 3 hours and when I arrived, I waited about 5-10 min which isn't bad, all things considered. I'd recommend calling ahead because a walk in arrived just before me and was told the wait was at least an hour and a half so he left. In terms of location, it's on par with others, in a strip mall. I've deducted a star for two reasons: 1. There are no private rooms or partitions between massage chairs and I was massaged in the first chair near the door so I heard those entering and leaving and some chatter outside. Also, as a female removing your top, it's less ideal to do so in a dimly lit place, with ppl walking by regularly with no partitions. 2. There are no instructions on what clothing to remove if you're comfortable how to adjust it. There's a slight communication barrier and it's on the fly which only worked because I have been to a similar place before but each one is slightly different. 3. They do not advertise or offer their points program which I only learned of by hearing someone checking out receive credit during my massage. For the personal checking out asked about it more than one time, the person said oh you have to put your phone number in. IMO it would incentivize someone to come back. 4. Most upgrade options are difficult to decipher. There's a theragun option for $10 more but when I asked what it does, the receptionist said I could try out the one in her desk. In turn, I "googled" it while waiting my turn. They also offer waxing services.

You just called 4 minutes ago. I just made the appointment yesterday and our appointment isn't until 5:30 so I hadn't missed it yet. Again no compensation for the inconvenience. As much as I enjoyed the massage last year, I will not be coming back to this establishment. They disregard people's appointments. Never mind that I was on the table, naked under a sheet, and in the middle of what was supposed to be a 90 minute period of time for me to relax. At about the 50 minute mark, she said to me "No more extra 30 minute, I busy." Quite pissed off, I pointed out that I was there first, which she ignored and repeated "Sorry, I busy." What could I say or do about it in that position? Nothing. On the way out she tried to smile and offer me a bottle of water. I said no, and repeated to her "You should take care of the person who was here first", and continued on my way out, extremely insulted. She ignored every word I said and tried to stop me, saying "Tip, tip tip." You've gotta be effin kidding me. After that level of disrespect? Absolutely not. There is no way for me to know if this was a skin thing or just awful customer service, but either way this place will never get another dollar from me. That was completely disrespectful.
