I came to visit from Texas last year and had a mishap with our appointment. I scheduled 2 couples massage and when we showed up they could only accommodate 1 couple. No phone call to tell me they couldn't accommodate. This was really inconvenient for my other 2 kids. Nothing to compensate us. Nothing just yet couldn't accommodate. I scheduled another couples massage with my daughter and again this year there was amishap with our appointment. We literally made the appointment yesterday for 5:30pm today. I missed a call from them at 5:05 but I answered the call at 5:09 and they're trying to reschedule me for 6:30 because I didn't confirm??? What do you mean didn't confirm? You just called 4 minutes ago. I just made the appointment yesterday and our appointment isn't until 5:30 so I hadn't missed it yet. Again no compensation for the inconvenience. As much as I enjoyed the massage last year, I will not be coming back to this establishment. They disregard people's appointments. I'm Asian so I can say this, this is why Asian establishment don't succeed! It needs to be ran like an American business and take into consideration people's time. Don't waste your time here. Just okay. I got a couples Swedish massage using a Groupon coupon. PSA: you have to call to book an appointment since the online appointments are for full-paying customers. The spa is clean and calming and the front desk girl who checked us in was nice. However, the masseuses did not speak English nor give us any information about what to do when we entered the massage room. Luckily, I've had a massage before (not from here) so I knew what to expect but if I were coming for the first time, it would make me very uncomfortable and unsafe. The masseuses did not provide any warning or explanation before touching parts of our bodies which would have been nice. I did tell them at one point that I was uncomfortable and they understood. As someone else mentioned, they do straddle you but I don't know how else they're going to get good leverage to massage my back so I don't mind. In my opinion, the pressure was TOO hard, but I felt very relaxed after so maybe they're doing what they're supposed to. Overall, wouldn't come back again but not a bad experience. read more

Bought a Groupon for a one hour couples massage for $140. went and had are massages my husbands lady was terrible said it felt like she was just softly rubbing him. My lady was decent but kept telling her she was too rough it felt like she was pinching me instead of massaging was actually extremely painful. Then the worst part is all the two ladies did was talk to each other the whole time. When you go for a massage it's supposed to be relaxing, not painful or hear people talking non stop or burping. Then we go to redeem the Groupon and tip and they tell me I have to pay more for a massage I already paid for. Extremely disappointed and will never go back! read more

Just left one of the best massages I've had in a long time with Leah. 2 hour Swedish. A long massage to give but she never stopped. She has 6 years experience and it shows, was taught very well , I will return next week for a repeat. The interior is nice, clean rooms , pleasant lighting, music and the massage table was more comfortable than many I've had. Bathroom clean and large , fresh with a shower if you desired and robe in spa room for you to use.. I made the reservation on line with them day before during operating hours , was presented with pictures of 4 masseuses, liked Leah's photo and took a shot, I chose wisely in this case. I received a quick confirmation. In my email and today the appt was for 11 received an update that the time would be 11:15 so impressed with the update . I saw 3 masseuses while I was there. I get intermittent aches and pains in my left rotator cuff, ribs/armpit, and scapula form a car accident, and gave this place a try. I opted for the deep tissue for an hour and it really helped. I had wonderful massages from Carla & Fida. These 2 ladies really know the art of relaxing massage & they have very strong hands. Some of the other therapists don't speak English and don't massage aggressively. I will continue to use Fida & Carla repeatedly because they provide a fantastic service!! I called at 4pm for same day service and was able to get a 5:30pm appointment for a body scrub and a 1 hour massage. I arrived early and there was nobody at the front to great or handle checkins. At approximately 5:25pm someone came out and escorted me behind the curtain to a room to change. The hallway was dusty and "clean" however, you can tell a deep clean is not done daily from the smell in the air. The massage began at 5:30pm and the room was comfortable enough however at no point were my shoulders, arms, hands or feet massaged. The massage pressure and technique were okay. The technician did ask several times if I was okay and how it felt. I replied it was fine. I was not initially given slippers to walk to the body scrub room, which consisted of a tub with a mat in it. The mat was definitely not hygienic or sterile. Again this service did not scrub my neck, arms, under arms, or feet. I checked out at 6:45. I tried explaining to the technician that my service times were rushed bc I didn't get a full 1 hour massage nor a full 15 mins scrub if I'm fully dressed and paying at 6:45. She didn't understand and I didn't care enough to push. If you need a quick massage this place is decent (not the best) and priced fairly. If you want a scrub do not go here. read more

I purchased a Groupon for couples massage. I called to make an appointment. She said they have this Sunday. When I told her that I have Groupon, she said sorry, can't use on Friday Saturday or Sunday. I explained if it stated that in the Groupon, I wouldn't have purchased. She told me I can come on Sunday and pay 150.00 cash and get the massage. I told her I paid 167.40 on Groupon. She said sorry, we only get 50.00 out of that Groupon so your time and I'm sure your service is limited, even though you paid more on Groupon. Very bad customer service!!!! Be aware!! If they can be as rude as they were to me. I can only imagine the service. I traded in in for Heavenly Message in Schaumburg and the customer service when booking was wonderful. It was a very clean place. We bought a Groupon. But the massage was ok at best. I honestly can't say I came out feeling refreshed. It was almost like a massage you ask your girlfriend to give you while watching tv on a week day night and it goes in for 1 hour and overpay for it. Walked in and asked for an hour ling deep tissue massage because of neck pain. The woman spent an hour kneeling on me and digging her knees into my upper and lower back and then proceeded to only punch at areas of my body rather than massage. She did not even get anywhere near my neck other than to dig her knees into my shoulder blades. $80 and an hour of torture are not worth it. I now need to schedule a visit with my chiropractor to undo the damage she did. Additionally, i doubt this place is licensed for massages. read more

When I presented my credit card, the girl (my bad, I did not get her name) asked me if I wanted to leave a tip on the card or in cash. I said ... the card. She said...how much ... I said $17 ... she said, incredulously.... for a 90 minute massage? I said ... yep. Kinda ticked me off. If I'd have thought quickly enough, I would have said ..l make it $10!!! I have been getting massages for over a decade. I can honestly say I have never experienced a "massage" quite like this. The only reason I called this place was because it had a 4.5 rating on Yelp when I did a search on my phone app. And when I called a man fluent in English answered the phone and made my appointment. It wasn't until I returned back to the hotel that I did more research and there were only two reviews. I knew better. I am not going to go into a lot of detail but six things that really bothered me: 1. The lady who greeted me and became my masseuse did not speak English very well. Several times during the pre-massage questions she said, "I don't understand." 2. I called and made an appointment for 7:30; though I was placed in a room I was not seen until 7:50. 3. The massage table had a flannel children's sheet on it with a cartoon pattern 4. Only one towel was used to cover myself; typically massage places make the table like a bed and they lift the layered sheets only to expose the areas they are massages so the remainder of your body stayed relaxed and warm. With only a rough brown bath towel covering my lower torso I was uncomfortable throughout most of the massage. 5. I requested the Swedish massage. What I received was not a massage but more a series of rubbing. I have never experienced that before. It was awkward. At one point the female masseuse got up on the massage table, straddled it and used my rear end and a chair as she rubbed my back, neck and shoulders. I was mortified. I will say the only part of my body that was specifically massaged in the traditional way was my shoulder by my neck for about 2 minutes of the entire time of my session. 6. She stopped at exactly 8:30 and when I went to pay she charged me $70.00. I stated the time she started and finished and she dropped off 10.00. This was not a relaxing experience nor did it feel professional. I will never return to this establishment. read more

Went in for a deep tissue massage and walked out feeling much much better. Therapist was strong throughout the 1 hour massage and I felt better than I came in. First experience here was great. It is easy to get an appointment and they are friendly but don't expect to get in a conversation. Very little English which I don't mind. The second massage was just kind of boring. Just going through the motions until it was over. I'll probably go back because it is convenient. Hopefully next trip will be better. Male receptionist was fluent in English and super friendly. Scheduled me for a same day appointment and I had my hopes up with all of the positive yelp and google reviews. Massage was my worst experience ever: Asked for 90 minute Thai massage and was asked to take off my gym clothes and get under the sheet in my underwear by first masseuse that greeted me. Different masseuse came in and I asked her if I should put my gym clothes on because this is a Thai massage. She did not understand what I was saying and started the Thai massage with me under the sheet somehow. Then the masseuse put oil on my back and started doing a rushed oil massage. Everything felt rushed and terrible. I stopped the massage multiple times and tried to communicate, but the masseuse did not speak English at all (not even basic words like "slower", "no oil", or "need English"). Had such a bad experience that I actually got up, put my clothes on, and left to ask for the manager. The masseuse got another masseuse that spoke a little English and they tried to charge me $70 for an hour. I showed that I was there for 30 minutes that included the time complaining and they insisted for $50 for the 30 minutes instead. I asked to speak with the manager as I was not satisfied at all, and she said that he was not there and that I should pay $50 to leave. Worst experience ever, don't ever come here. read more

I just stopped by and got a massage. Olivia and Tiffany worked on me. I am a martial artist who had a discectomy a couple of years ago. I have limited range and flexibility without periodic range of motion work and flossing my hamstrings (digging the elbow into the muscle and tendon to stimulate it then massaging the blood back into the muscle to stimulate recovery). I highly recommend it. It will take a couple of times to sync my body with the masseuse before I can give five stars but this was a very good massage. read more

They are very unprofessional, lack of experience and there is a huge language barrier with all the staff. No one there can speak or communicate with the customer to get you what you actually asked for. I think this massage place is a cover up for guys to go there and get a hand job or other sexual fantasy. This is not a real massage place. Please do not go there to waste your money. I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Tiffany. Fantastic! I frequently suffer from low back pain, so I get massages pretty regularly and have tried quite a few different places. I usually prefer a male therapist, as females usually lack the strength to get to the deeper muscle layers without digging, but Tiffany had strong hands and good technique, and is one of the best therapists I have ever had. She mixed in some Thai stretching, and the effect was amazing. I left feeling refreshed, invigorated, and free of pain. The spa is clean and inviting, with a decidedly Asian flavor (as the name suggests), and the staff was welcoming and friendly. I have been here several times and always had a great experience. I would recommend making an appointment on weekends, but they welcome walk-ins as well. The showers and rooms are clean, and the therapists have all been skilled and professional. My personal favorite is the one hour swedish. I've also had deep tissue, which is a bit like physical therapy--good if you need it, but if you're looking for stress relief and relaxation, then I recommend swedish or hot oil. read more

My Wife and I went to this spa today. We both got the Swedish massage as well as a body scrub. My wife also got a facial treatment. Both our Therapist gave a very thorough 90 minute massage. They took their time and really hit all the pressure points. The staff were very friendly and total pros. The spa is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this place.
