He also offered to prepare my inspection with extra photos JUST IN CASE later on, I may need a roof or wind certification, but he did not want to charge me for those, unless I later decided that I needed them. SO NICE! He also gives you an idea of how much some of the needed repairs should cost, to help you understand better your fix up costs. I ended up having to cancel, as the person decided not to sell their house, so I never got the inspection, but Mr. Mark was nice about it and refunded my money right away. I will absolutely think of Hallmark Home Inspections the next time that I need any work done! Mr. Mark's experience and resume is amazing as he is also a contractor, so he has a wide variety of talents/expertise. But his integrity and willingness to accommodate my schedule, just super nice!!! Don't hire DK solutions to do anything regarding your house…read more I hired them to do an inspection on my house that I was purchasing and paid $500 dollars to do this. after they inspected my house and said roof was good, after I moved in and it rained the weekend after I moved in , there wer 2 leaks from the roof. They said there was a 100 day warranty for there services, but refused to do anything about their shoddy inspection. I'm reporting them to the BBB and suing them for this. Among other things they missed that a real inspection would have found. If I could give them 0 stars I would have.
