Unfortunately, my husband has to replace the dryer hose in attic. Also, save your money on the termite inspection. They listed any wood issues as "wood destroying organisms" and listed "wood rot" in this report and checked off the YES box. I did not need them to tell me the bottom of the wood trim on the garage door had rot, that should have been in the regular report. Save the money and the headache and hire a different company if you want the inspection to be done correct and list what you really need and do what they say they will do.
