I called Kathryn regarding her notary service for a living trust and she was able to make an appointment the same day. Kathryn arrived at my home a few minutes early. She was so thoughtful and even took her shoes off before she came in. We sat down, she checked our IDs, and started going through all the paperwork. Kathryn made the stressful process very straightforward, so I appreciated it. I paid $200 for all the paperwork she notarized for us and it seemed like a very fair price. I'd use her services again. read more

She answered promptly. Drove to my house and helped with notarizing travel documents for me last minute.

Kathryn's mobile notary service was exactly what I needed. She speaks Mandarin Chinese, which was perfect for my mom, and her mobile service was a huge help since my mom is a senior with mobility challenges. She provided the financial power of attorney form, was professional yet personable, and very responsive--answering my call immediately, texting for additional info, and sending a reminder. She arrived on time, and the appointment only took 15-20 minutes. She accepts cash ($75) and Zelle, with a small fee for credit card ($78). Highly recommend! read more

I would not recommend this business to anyone. She's very hard to get a hold of. She's never in her office and she wants to set up an appointment and then call you to tell you that she can't be. read more

Scammer!!! Mom didn't know english and over charged her for notaries was supposed to get charged for two but got charged for three.

I found myself in need of Kathryn's services for a last-minute notarization of several documents on a Sunday. On a Sunday!!! Kathryn was prompt in returning my initial call. She was very accommodating in her willingness to schedule at the last moment. I am not from the area, and she was kind enough to suggest a couple neighborhoods between the two of us, so that we could efficiently meet. The transaction itself was a breeze. She did not waste time; she checked over the full document each time to ensure everything was in order; and her payment system worked (which is not always a guarantee). Kathryn's service and professionalism are actually invaluable, when you're in a bind. Having said that: I also found her prices to be completely reasonable. Unexpectedly lovely encounter altogether. Highly recommend. read more

Kathryn is a sweet and very welcoming person. I showed up unannounced without an appointment or prior information that I needed to have a document notarized and she took care of it with efficiency and purpose. I arrived at 4:30 on a Saturday and was done within 15 minutes. But in the future I will make sure to call ahead just to respect everyone's time and privacy.
