Been shopping here since I was 18 now I own a Bussiness. We do dtf they told me to let them help me and they sold me cold peel thinking I would not know the difference between hot peel and cold peel. We lost days of work I customer service I don't think they know anything about this stuff they are number one for Screenpritning but please do not buy dtf products from here. I had gone on my lunch break to pick up vinyl. Called in to make sure they had 12" wide rolls, which they did. Walked in and the wait was pretty long, also kind of confusing as to where exactly you should be standing in line. The gentleman that helped was extremely nice and patient. He advised he'd be with me in just a minute which I appreciated. Didn't have my reseller's permit number with me, but said they'd happily reimburse for the tax once I have it. Not only have I had conversations with people whom seem very confused but they are on the phone with me acting like they are on a call with a high school friend, Some Customer service with out being asked to Hold Dude or bro is not very much to ask for just be professional. Some common courtesy would be nice. Also If I am being told I will be called back I expect a callback with some information even if it is not what I want to hear. PROBLEM: I called in to order a gallon of ink I am charged for a gallon of Ink. GREAT..right!? NO: I was charged for a gallon and received 1 QT. so then all the fun begins with me making multiple phone calls and your employees telling me I received what I ordered ON-LINE seems to be an issue as All my orders QTY:2 Have been on a land line (over the phone). apparently this is a big deal for McLogan employees because I kept getting transferred until I asked for a manager, and even then I got some push back saying I would get a call back when they found my paper work Until I said I would rather wait on the phone. I hope to use you again as I was happy that you were pretty close to the area But it will not be for a while ...VERY VERY UNHAPPY!
