The next day I called customer service asking what's going on and they told me that I did have membership so when I went back and told them that I did have it and that I would want my refund, they said they never charged me which was so silly cause I had a receipt and my bank statement said otherwise, but they were so persistent that they did not charge me. So when I finally called customer service again, I was able to get my refund, but I told him how I was very unsatisfied to cancel. My membership. Lady told me my membership was canceled and they apologized for the inconvenience. Today, June 17 I got charged $61.99 and so I called customer service and they told me I never cancel my membership and I told him to look back at the cause and apparently it was never submitted. This is just so horrible. It should just be a simple car wash. It shouldn't been this difficult. Loma Linda is crazy expensive in comparison and leaves your car with streaks. Towels not even included after paying the most expensive car wash. Suds brothers gives you get a towel, dash wipe, and air freshener. Also at loma Linda your tire goes into a guiding rail which if you aren't great at getting your tire in there you can feel it tugging. Suds Brothers is like a giant belt so you don't have to be great at aiming to get a wash and there is zero damage to your wheel. I pulled into a bay and one of my vacuums didn't work and I was too embarrassed to Adle to use the one next to me. The air blower thing was working properly either.
