On May 31, I went in with my add-on vehicle and they were so persistent that I did not have a membership. I was already late and there was a line for me behind me so I had just told him to charge me. So when I finally called customer service again, I was able to get my refund, but I told him how I was very unsatisfied to cancel. My membership. Lady told me my membership was canceled and they apologized for the inconvenience. Today, June 17 I got charged $61.99 and so I called customer service and they told me I never cancel my membership and I told him to look back at the cause and apparently it was never submitted. This is just so horrible. It should just be a simple car wash. It shouldn't been this difficult.
