I took it to his shop instead of him doing a mobile detail. When I met Ruben and he saw the motorhome he gave us a couple options. He recommended the paint correction which included: a) Oxidation removal b) Paint correction (wet sand and polish) c) Remove oxidation and add clarity and gloss to the surface of the paint. Ruben keep the motorhome for 2 days and when we picked it up the motorhome looked better than new. I have never seen such such a gloss. I was asked to send a deposit to secure my appointment, which I did, but I never received a confirmation or any follow-up. When I eventually called, I was told my appointment had been given away, even though no one had communicated that to me beforehand. They then said they hoped I would be available the following day, but once again I never received a confirmation as the new appointment approached. Because of the repeated lack of communication, I reached out to cancel. I never heard back, didn't receive the service, and my deposit was never refunded. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this business. Clear communication and honoring scheduled appointments are important, especially after taking a customer's deposit.
