ONLY GAVE 5 stars so my review can be seen. HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE SERVICE MAY 18 I had gotten a membership and I got an add-on for my other vehicle. On May 31, I went in with my add-on vehicle and they were so persistent that I did not have a membership. I was already late and there was a line for me behind me so I had just told him to charge me. The next day I called customer service asking what's going on and they told me that I did have membership so when I went back and told them that I did have it and that I would want my refund, they said they never charged me which was so silly cause I had a receipt and my bank statement said otherwise, but they were so persistent that they did not charge me. So when I finally called customer service again, I was able to get my refund, but I told him how I was very unsatisfied to cancel. My membership. Lady told me my membership was canceled and they apologized for the inconvenience. Today, June 17 I got charged $61.99 and so I called customer service and they told me I never cancel my membership and I told him to look back at the cause and apparently it was never submitted. This is just so horrible. It should just be a simple car wash. It shouldn't been this difficult. I did like quick quack wash, but this location has horrible service, people that do not like their job. SO I'LL SAY IF YOU COULD JUST DRIVE UP THE STREET TO THE OTHER QUICK QUACK CAR WASH GO THERE. read more

I was quite excited when I saw this QQ location being built so close to my workplace. On top of that, I'm already an existing QQ member. I stopped by here during my lunch break and it was pretty awesome! My Rivian came out sparkling clean! I did the usual wipe down with my front towel and used their strong vacuums to suck up all the loose dog hairs inside my truck. Overall, this is a great new car wash location that conveniently located right off the 10 freeway. I will be back for sure! read more

Worst place they damage your car and you do a report and they tell you that will get back to you in 2 days and nothing. I got a big dent on my driver door which I know it was done when my car was getting scrubbed. Im waiting on them or im just going straight with my insurance so they can handle it. read more

I work near Hospitality and Waterman in San Bernardino. I signed up for Quick Quack car wash last week and have been back three times since. I've noticed that the wash is way better than other drive-through car washes that I've tried, and the vacuums are also a lot stronger. I have three dogs and have a lot of dog hair on my backseat sometimes and I was able to quickly clean it up. The service is so quick that I am able to go through the wash and vacuum my car during my lunchtime and still pick up food and have plenty of time to get back to work. Also, the location is so convenient, right next to the freeway. You can exit the location from either Hospitality or Waterman avenues. There's also a Starbucks that just opened up next-door, which is really good for when I need to get a drink. This car wash is so clean. I constantly see employees cleaning up around the area. And they're always very friendly when I drive up. I highly recommend a membership here because it's so convenient and the price is worth it because you can go more than one time in a day if you want. Especially when your car is really dirty and you might wanna drive through a couple times. read more

I signed up at the location on 5th street a few weeks back but this one is way better. I didn't even know what the projector duck thing was supposed to be until I came here since barely any soap comes out at the other one. This location has towels out when I arrive. Actually washes your car. Has employees that actually acknowledge and smile at you. I live very close to the 5th street location but come to this one because it's that much better. read more

Absolutely ridiculous this company is a joke. Our vechile was damaged on 5/21/25 at 7:39pm at location 4423. The store lead Christian was in communication with us the first couple days but then completely ghosted us. The company barley approved for the vechile to be repaired after months of this headache and going back and forth. The car has been ready for pickup for a few days now and they have not paid or replied to any of calibers emails. Calibers shared that they keep passing them to other people and all they need is the proof of purchase to release the vechile. This company is unprofessional has no direct communication to Human Resources, companies insurance, or even the store directly. Christian should no longer be a store lead when all he does is ignore the emails. To make matters even worse the company "never knew about the repairs" even though they approved the repairs to take place. read more
