Please make sure you report them to your insurance company for fraud to prevent them wasting your roadside assistance quota. This was the service provider assigned to us by our insurance company. First of all, they never gave us Ana ETA and when we contacted our insurance company, they told us that it would be 30 minutes. An hour later, no one has showed up and the service gets marked as complete. The insurance agent tried calling them and kept getting hung up on as well. I locked my keys in my car so I called my insurance for roadside assistance as I was an hour away from home to get the spare key. I got a text saying 37 minutes. Ok that's better than the hour. 15 minutes later the guy calls and said he's 5 minutes away. He pulls up, unlocked my car in seconds, and left. Blew a tire on busy I25. With cars zooming by and shaking the vehicle I was scared to get out and I called Roadside. I received a text the 911 Auto Rescue was on their way and the next thing I knew they were calling me with an ETA. Bill arrived within five minutes and had it changed in two! He was so nice and even waited until I was able to pull out onto the busy interstate. I can't thank Bill, 911 Auto Rescue, and my insurance enough! The guys at 911 auto rescue not only called with their ETA but also called when they were 5-10 minutes away. I've had 2 different tech come out and they're both well mannered and got the job done fast. from now on when I call my insurance I request 911 auto rescue when I need help. read more

I would leave -5 stars if I could. Today I requested roadside assistance through my insurance provider and this was the company that was dispatched for service. The driver and I spoke on the phone to confirm the location and service (vehicle lockout), upon arrival the man refused service as the claim he received listed a 2 door vehicle instead of the I have a 4 door I own. All of the other information (make, model, year, color, MY INSURANCE POLICY) was correct other than the amount of doors. This could have been simply confirmed/clarified had he taken a minute to call the insurance company, or allow me to do so as I had offered, but instead he rudely refused service and left before utilizing any type of problem solving skills or context clues. I then had to wait for another service provider to arrive 45 minutes later for a vehicle lockout that took less than 5 minutes to complete. I later confirmed with my insurance company that the car door description should not have warranted a refusal of service, all he had to do was call the insurance company for confirmation. For a business that is in the service industry to "rescue" and help people, this company did the complete opposite and left me in the cold until the next company arrived. So I have Usaa insurance with roadside assistance. I got locked out of my car and they showed up to let me back in. The gentleman who got me back in my car broke my windshield by accident Accidents happen. The problem has been with the company and getting my windshield fixed. I have given endless information about incident to both USAA and this company still not fixed. This should have been fixed same day. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. They made a mistake and are not taking care of it in a timely manner. I will be filing a complaint with BBB. read more

I was given an ETA of 45 minutes from Subaru. After 90 I was called and told by Subaru that this business was dispatched but did not answer their phone and could I wait another 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I called this business. Left a message. No return call. Called Subaru and they texted me it would be another 45 minutes. I waited for over two hours for my car to get unlocked. It was located at 65 Broadway in Denver. This wouldn't have bothered me, except the repair man called me after one hour to say he would be arriving in half an hour. Only minutes later he marked that he was on site through the USAA road side assistance service map. I went outside to wait for him since I thought he was there, but he wasn't. He finally showed up an hour and fifteen minutes after telling me half an hour with his girlfriend in the passenger seat and none of his equipment unboxed. Very unprofessional. At least give me reasonable estimated times so I'm not waiting outside forever thinking you're going to be there. Don't bring your girlfriend on call with you. read more

Really bad experience. My auto insurer used 911 Auto Rescue for roadside assistance. Auto Rescue's first text promised a timeframe in which they'd be there, but they never showed up or called me. Not only did they not show up, they never bothered to explain why to me. \Repeat calls to Auto Rescue reached a voicemail. Two hours and four phone calls to my insurer later, my auto insurance company had to explain to me that the 911 Auto Rescue vehicle had broken down. I had to leave my car, walk to work, and return to my car later. Again, Auto Rescue failed to show up. A different roadside company showed up quickly. read more

Used them through the Chrysler road side assistance. Got a text saying the service provider will arrive in 60 minutes. I texted the driver for an update after 2 hours. The driver said my request was canceled. I never canceled anything. I called the Chrysler RSA and they said my request was never canceled. Don't work for this company. I made an appointment to meet him that was wayyy out of my area and he never showed up. No courtesy call or text that he couldn't make it. Very unprofessional. This was after he hired me. I had been working for Auto Rescue, another shady company, and all I had to do was send pics of my equipment which was cool. He also promised me a certain amount for each call, and then renigged and said after he saw my work. He then set a lunch date and couldn't keep that. Then I repaired a flat tire and the customer complained stating I destroyed all his tires. I always tell them to call me first so I can make it right. The company withheld $200 from my pay to come date the customer, and I'm okay with that. The problem is that I have requested over half a dozen times to see the final statement and the balance paid. I KNOW a new tire does not cost $200 and I just want the difference paid back to me. I've texted him over half a dozen times and he has me email his administrator, which I have done....over half a dozen times. Just being ignored and given the run around. The icing on the cake is that because they were soooo cheap in what they pay, I put their calls on the lowest priority as I worked for another company who paid much better. Instead of contacting me and telling me they were letting me go, they just quit sending me calls. The owner has no idea how to run a business and how to treat people who work for him. Strange Call, Sketchy Company! I received a text stating that a tow truck was coming, but I never requested this service. So I called the number and I asked how they got my number and information, they told me that my insurance company requested the tow, which was very strange because I hadn't spoken to anyone at the insurance company in months. So I asked them who they spoke with and they HUNG UP on me. I tried to call back several times, but as soon as it would ring, they would hang up?!?!? So then I called my insurance company and they said they had not called them and they had no idea about how or why the tow was requested. I'm not sure what to make of this, but it was weird! read more
