our brand new car was recently totaled in a multi-car pileup on interstate 25 during a snowstorm. triton towing picked it up from a large pile of cars temporarily stored at a mall parking lot. we arrived two days later to remove our personal belongings, and they could not have been more helpful. they spent almost an hour with us. the Tesla was completely dead, so they brought out their battery pack to power it up for us so we could open the doors, windows, frunk, and glovebox. three of their employees helped us remove our wheel covers, all-weather mats, charging unit, and adaptors from a difficult vehicle because it was smashed. they were so nice, stopping whatever they were doing to assist us and provide the best automotive knowledge and advice. thank you triton towing! read more

Be careful, they'll ruin your car. My roadside assistance setup my Tesla to be towed to the dealership due to some issues. When I picked up my car there were huge scrapes down the back off the bumper and a significant asphalt dent from them getting the car off the truck. I get it, things happen but it ruined the entire bumper of my car, and will not answer or call me back with questions I have. Choose a different company that will take better care of your car. Mercedes took the careful step of contacting them, and explained my acute emergency. Triton opted to ignore the emergency, and stayed safe and cozy. Desperate to get me to safety, Mercedes called and explained that Triton Towing will not be coming out and declined to help me, and even went the extra step of offering no reason. Our tesla had a flat tire and we requested assistance for a spare tire. They sent triton towing, David is the one that assisted us and he was very efficient and quick. After talking to tesla's representative they said it was at least 60mins wait but after 10mins David called us and said he was 10mins away. He came and put the tires in less than 10minutes. Set up a tow at 6 PM through Geico, their contract says they're supposed to be to you within the hour so they quoted me 7:08 for pickup. Called at 7:10 thinking they were close to give them directions to where the truck and I were waiting. Driver (who was very nice) said his supervisor Carlos redirected him. I work in the industry and I understand that accidents take priority. Fine. Another hour goes by, so I call again. He's dropping off and says he'll be on his way to me in 20 minutes. Another hour and a half later, at 9:30 PM I call again. Finally, I called Geico to cancel and to put in a complaint and they proceeded to do so. At the very least, I expect communication. They know the truck is in a place we aren't comfortable leaving the keys, so they knew we were waiting with the truck for the tow and had no problem letting us sit and wait for 4 hours with no relief. read more
