I've only went twice. Once for initial labs and then the next visit for the P.A. to go over labs and recommendations. The P.A. David Kon is absolutely great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very thorough, and provided great direction for lifestyle changes along with prescribed treatment to improve health. He answered all questions I had. I wasn't impressed with the front staff the first visit and the second visit they were just rude. It's not really a difficult position there is no reason to lack common courtesy. I could go into detail but suffice it to say I chose to forgo services I paid for just to not have to deal with them. I've been fortunate to always enjoy a good staff at other offices, so I will find somewhere that offers the same service but has nice people to work with since I plan on using the services a facility like this offers. I never felt pressured or upsold. The paperwork was a breeze and the membership is fairly priced. I love that you have so much control over what goes into your body. Seems like a good idea but it's just didn't do much for me. Staff is sorta pushy and very money driven, which I get it's a business but sugar coat it a little bit. I wish I liked this place better. I just don't. The concept is great and there was nothing like this in town at the time. So I was intrigued to try it. The customer service has never been great. From day one it was hard to get in. I understood it I had to see a doctor before getting IV treatments. However, the doctor is hardly ever there so it was very hard to set up those appointments. And you can only do an IV appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you don't pre-make your appointment which they never really encourage it's extra money for the bag and to be a walk in. I've called many times and left messages and it seems like they don't answer the phone very often. I knew I was going to be gone for a month when I signed up for the monthly IV program. I told the lady at the front desk and she said it wouldn't be a problem and I can have credit on the books for the following month. WRONG! I was so annoyed when I called to schedule those appointments, and they said that if I didn't use it I lost it. So I lost $200 that month! I was quite livid and try to speak with the manager. She said that I should have read the fine print nobody at the front desk would say that. I honestly would not have signed up for the program knowing I was going to be gone for that long. Getting the actual service was fast and easy. The guy who gives the IVs is nice enough, but doesn't really answer any questions. You can tell he's just there to put in IVs and that's it. I was really curious about the upgrades and what each of the add-ons do for you. I'm sure they could've made a few more dollars off of me and even some of my friends had they answered our questions. So, I was able to finally cancel my membership and I've had a few friends do the same thing. Great concept... I wish they had better service read more

Can't see the need for this place they start with a $250 start fee that gets your blood analyzed and doctors visit a short Chiropractors visit , and a sample IV vitamin bag. To go any farther they want you to sign up to be a member at $225 a month so they can write you prescriptions and continue with the vitamin bags and i felt very little improvement with the bag I was given. Lets do the math... A chiropractors visit average about $35-$40 each and some are covered by insurance. I can get my insurance to analyze blood for free but couldn't do that at Bio because they include it in the office visit and not a separate procedure. They tell me that they only give prescriptions for Test to members and the cost is around $60-80 at the pharmacy. I can get any level of Test from at least 5-6 people at the gym for $80. So what good is this place ???? They want you to pay $2700 a year to give you Prescriptions that might save you $240 a year and maybe nothing at all. to get chiropractic procedures that can probably be covered by your insurance. blood work that should be covered by most insurance companies and a twice a month vitamin iv bag which may or may not work for you.
