My hubby has had some back irritability for some time now, I've heard great things of here. After reading reviews & doing research I decided it was time he get in and see if he can be helped. He had a not so good experience prior to finding here so he was a little skeptical of going. I reached out via Yelp and was responded to pretty fast, (kudos) After all my questions were asked & chatting with the hubby we decided to get him to be seen. I loved that they have open hours Mon-Sun for those busier schedules. We were seen by a young man Justin. He was very informative, detailed and patient with my Leary husband. After being seen by him, we were introduced to Natalie who was also very helpful, & sweet. My husband and I left there feeling pretty positive of the experience and are hopeful this is a start to a better quality life for him. I've been coming to Redlands Chiropractic for about four years now, and I've always seen Dr. Gentry, he's truly the best. He's personable, remembers your name, and genuinely makes you feel known and cared for. The whole office just has really cool, welcoming vibes. The staff is always friendly, the space is clean, and they accept insurance, which makes everything super affordable. Even when it's busy, they have another site available for additional therapy services, which is really convenient. The only recent change is that therapy services now have an additional cost, but they do offer memberships that make it much more affordable. If you're new, it won't feel like a change, but for long-time patients, it's just something to note. They also offer acupuncture and massages, and if your insurance covers it, those services can often be billed through insurance as well, which is awesome. Overall, five stars. Used to be a regular. All smiles but the staff seem terrified of the doctors. The interactions can be awkward and tense. The doctor will be all smiles at patients and as soon as they are out of sight the doctor changes his tone directed at staff. odd. Mornings were too inconsistent for me. It was normal for the movement center to not be open on time. I would walk back to the main building and track down staff to assist me. On more than one occasion I just left. It's not just them. The doctors don't keep a consistent schedule. They are late to appointments or randomly leave skipping appointments all together. I tried adjusting. I stopped scheduling in the morning or near lunch or near closing. Then I just stopped scheduling all together. read more

Make sense they have a slightly lower rating here, can't pay for censorship here. I used to go here till I got tired of wasting my money. The front desk staff is very nice, except for that one we all know about. The older cranky blond with the Brooke Shields eyebrows. Yikes. She wants everyone to know she doesn't want to be there. Got it. I saw 3 different doctors. They all rushed through the process and they never seem to know I was a current patient. They always acted like we just me, I get they have a ton of patients. What it tells me is that they didn't bother to read my file. They rely on the machines way too much. Might as well just plug everyone in and call it. Yes, weekends are crazy, can confirm. I've heard that it doesn't really matter if you have an appointment. They will try to take everyone, even if they make the appointment wait longer. Fine, but then don't appointments. read more

What can I say.... I couldn't even walk my back was so out of alignment and I was in so much pain. They got me in immediately and Dr King adjusted me, I went for follow-ups always so easy to get in and so clean! A couple years later (recently) threw my back out to the point of being carried in, Dr king again adjusted me, put me back together and my recovery went well with going as recommended! I am a regular monthly customer of Kevin in the Wellness building for a full massage and therapy of my really tight legs. He can get those tendons and muscles to lighten up a bit. He has very strong hands & he is fun to talk to during massage. I also see Dr King afterwards for a spine and hip adjustment and usually an ultra stim treatment on my knee area and sometimes a combo of that with the roller table or massage chair. The receptionist I got on the phone was short and not very friendly, but when I came in the front desk was really nice. It put me at ease. I received a treatment plan. Every time I came in it was exactly the same. Fine. My problem persists. I explained my discomfort to him. He just said "I don't know what you're talking about" sounding annoyed and like I was talking nonsense. It's MY BODY. If I say its not right it's because I can feel it. You can't just say its fine. You don't feel it. He dismissed it and that was the LAST time I went in. He acted nice in till I spoke up. He shifted. Honestly, it creeped me out. read more

I recommend avoiding them but in particular on Sundays. Staff is polite but it is chaos. After being treated a few times in a row it started to feel automated. The doctors doesn't look at patient files. He even called me a different name a few times. Then he tried to get me out as soon as possible to the "movement center". The staff there are very nice and seem to genuinely care. They get slammed with patients who get a quick adjustment from the doctors. The movement center staff provide the main services here not the doctors. The last time I came in was over 9 months ago. I left a review on google a while back but it disappeared. read more

My elderly friend has been seen by Dr. Jeffrey Phillips for years and he's been such an angel to her. Recently, he had to give her bad news that no one could help her condition (bone on bone of the spine) at this point, but because he had seen this happen to a family member, he offered her alternative advice for how to ease her pain. It's been working since the day he recommended it and made such a difference in her life. He has incredible bedside manner and actually cares for his patients. He also didn't rush her appointment and took the time to answer her questions. He even went above and beyond and wrote everything down that they had discussed, and sent it through mail, so she can go back and reference it if she forgot. 10/10 read more

The office staff is always friendly and attentive, I can usually make same day appointments, and you can be in and out within 30 minutes, making it really easy to fit into your day. Dr. Gentry is the best, he has a gentle and effective way to adjust the body. He seems to know just what you need to get aligned. I've also seen Dr. King, who I would also recommend. Came here for because my right shoulder was feeling pain from working in front of a computer 8 hrs a day. This was my second visit for this year. Last time, after my adjustment I received electrode therapy on my right shoulder and lower back which seemed great for me. Today, Dr. King adjusted my neck, yes I did hear a few cracks, and my spine. It felt good. However, this time Dr. King set me up for the ultrasound therapy on my right shoulder, which was AMAZING! It was only 5 minutes long and wished it was longer, but it focused specifically on the muscles that were stiff and loosened them. Garrett did a great job! I loved the bio-freeze too! Afterwards, I had the roller therapy, which was my first time. You lay on your back and if you need to have the level higher, you just ask. I was good with level 2. Q made sure that everything was okay. The rollers applies pressure from the top of your back down to your tailbone. Again, AMAZING! This lasts for 10 minutes. For me personally, next time I would request what I had today. I'm looking forward to my next visit. read more

My mom took my nonna to this place. She had an appointment in the morning. They got there on time. They were put in a room right away. Waited. And waited. The walls are majorly thin at this place, so my mom was able to hear other patients arrive and go into rooms. Suddenly my mom hears the doctor go into the room next door and mentioned to the patient that she was late. They laughed about it and had the whole appointment. Finally after some time the doctor came in. No apology. A quick session then off to the machines. We found her a better doctor in Riverside. read more

My niece hurt her shoulder so I took her in. I waited for her in the lobby. I heard the receptionist say the doctor would be back. Surprised because after waiting for a while I did see him head out. I texted my niece to see if she had been seen. No. We waited a while longer. Nothing. Extremely disappointed and disrespectful. My niece was in pain. It's been a month and I have not received a copy of my Medical Records. I submitted a request one month ago and was informed by a staff member over the phone that the process would take no more than three days since I'm new. She also assured me that I would receive a call when the records were ready for pickup. To date, I have not received any further communication, nor have I received the requested documents. These records are urgently needed for my new health insurance, and this delay is causing unnecessary complications. While I am satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Cole and would like to continue my health coverage with their practice, I must express my disappointment with the handling of my medical records request. Staff here are very friendly!! Very little waiting to be seen. Dr King is so kind. I had my regular appt on a very chaotic and emotional day for me and when he came in the room and asked how has my day been? I unleashed alot of emotion and almost started crying and just started blurting out all the awful things I had been going thru. He didnt have to but he just stood there and listened and let me vent with a kind ear and offered some advice where he could. I came for chiro care but also received a much needed moment for just someone to listen and let me get it out. Dr King may never know how much I needed that. He didnt do much except listen but it did get me off the ledge that day. And on another note when it comes to chiropractic care he also listens to what i have concerns about and talked with me about what I need and what he can do to help get me there. read more

Skyler, Abby, male massage intern acted in an unprofessional manner. Skyler gave me wrong information over the phone and made me come in to the office even though the massage intern didn't show up to work that day. I asked to talk to a manager and had to wait for an hour. While waiting, Abby came out from the back to tell me if I didn't sit down or go to a patient room that she would call the police on me. I went to the patient room and spoke to the manager and he gave me a 30-minute free massage gift card for all my troubles that I experienced that day. Three days later, I received a call from someone who identified himself as Dr. Drewitz (not sure if I am spelling his name right). He told me I was no longer welcomed to Redlands Chiropractic. Frustrating Experience - Don't Book Sunday Appointments I've been to Redlands Chiropractor (620 Alabama St.) several times, and the adjustments have always been decent. But this last visit was unacceptable. I booked a 1 PM Sunday appointment after confirming over the phone. I showed up right at 1 PM, only to be told "no walk-ins." I explained I had an appointment, but they couldn't find me in the system. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting, I was told the doctor had "plans" and couldn't see me--even though he was still in the office. It wasn't a scheduling issue--they were just closing. If you're open until 1 PM, then honor your 1 PM appointments. Don't offer a time slot if you're going to cut out early. As a repeat customer, I expected professionalism--not excuses. This place needs serious improvement in customer service and accountability. Don't waste your time booking Sundays. Unless you can risk staying in pain. read more

I went to see Dr. Michael Collins this morning because my hip pain flared up, and I've been having pain in my ankles while running. I didn't have an appointment, but walked in at 7am and was seen right away. I've never been to a chiropractor before and I was very nervous because I have a very low pain threshold. He is absolutely amazing and kind, reassured me the entire time and made sure I wasn't too uncomfortable. I explained I have a marathon coming up at the end of this week and Dr. Collins understood the assignment. He made recommendations on my therapy for immediate relief to make sure I can get through my marathon this weekend to ensure my hip and ankles won't be an issue after the adjustment, you can easily tell I had a much wider range of motion and then he prescribed me with a range of physiotherapy and sent me off to the other room where all the equipment were. There were staff there to help me through each session and everyone was just amazing! I don't have insurance and pay out of pocket/cash patient, but I'm eager to keep coming and continuing therapy with Dr. Collins. I highly recommend him for any runners out there or anyone who feels their body needs a little bit of TLC!!! read more
