So I came in the next day and the woman had me switch seats because she thought I would cheat. She made me switch seats twice! And warned me that there was cameras everywhere (my phone was with her so there was no way that I would cheat, not that I would anyway) after I took the test one of the men that works there (the one who sat me down the first time) is who graded my knowledge test. The woman had walked out to the front part of their office as I was walking out after I had been informed that I passed the test. The woman looked me up and down and said you finished your test fast and I said yes I did and then she said did you pass and I said yes, and she had the nastiest look on her face and then told me not to forget my ID again as I had forgot it on the table the day previously because I was told to take it out for my test and then told to get up so suddenly, it had slipped my mind that I had set it on the folder they gave me. A couple days later, I called and tried to make an appointment for my drivers test, and the woman was being so sweet and accommodating, and then she asked if I had came in before and I told her who I was and her tone changed immediately and she told me that they had no availabilities Because their staff went on vacation. She's an older African woman my mom's age. I was never expecting her to treat me like this seeing as I was so respectful to her and being African myself I had even a little bit more respect for her as my elder I don't know if there's some kind of jealousy or Maybe she doesn't like Ethiopians. I'm not quite sure what the deal is there I was born in America, so I don't really know the politics over there, but please don't waste your time coming to this business. They are extremely unprofessional extremely rude. They're not clear on what their hours are and you're not able to make appointments. There's way better places near there to do your knowledge and skills test. I never write reviews like this because I know how detrimental it can be to someone's business, but I've never been treated like this and I don't want anybody else to go through what I went through at that place. I would strongly recommend taking your beginner riding course somewhere else…read more I paid $380 for the Beginner Riding Course because the description clearly stated that no previous riding experience was required, aside from having the proper gear. I expected a course designed for true beginners, but that was not my experience. On the first day, I had some difficulty with certain exercises, which I think is normal for a beginner, but I never crashed, fell, or dropped the bike. Multiple other students did. On the second day, I dropped the bike once and was immediately asked to leave. I received no refund, credit, make-up session, or transfer for the portion of the course I could no longer complete. The instructor later told me I needed to practice on my own and essentially pay to take the beginner course again. When I asked whether the second day I had already paid for could transfer over, she said no and called the course an "investment." I agree that training is an investment, which is exactly why I paid for professional beginner instruction in the first place. Being told to gain experience on my own before retaking a course advertised as requiring no previous experience made no sense to me. I also felt singled out during the course. The instructor repeatedly asked whether I was a software engineer and said she would explain things differently if I were because software engineers supposedly think in black-and-white terms. Afterward, I noticed many other reviews from women who said they also felt singled out or treated differently. I came away feeling similarly, including because of my gender and race. I can't speak to anyone's intentions, but that was genuinely my experience. I also saw multiple reviews describing the course as a "scam" or saying the company seemed more focused on money. After being removed after one mistake, receiving no credit or refund, and being told to practice independently and pay again, I understand why people feel that way. I felt the same. Beginner riders are going to make mistakes. I would have learned much more by being allowed to safely get back on the bike, understand what I did wrong, and try again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your motorcycle training.

There are no signs nor contact numbers to call at 7:30am, including the instructors. I wandered around Evergreen speedway for an hour (I arrived at 7:15am) looking for a "green roof building" and a "guard house", both of which are on the opposite side of the property from the address that is on the website. No "WMST class (this way)" signs, no pictures of the building to meet in front of on the website, literally nothing to help someone who's never been to Evergreen Speedway. By the time I found them (which took asking three different people before I got the correct answer), I was 45 minutes past the class start time (after driving an hour to get there in the first place) and was turned away. I then proceeded to spend another hour and a half in the car driving home against I-405 traffic. The instructor was apologetic (and promised I could reschedule without further cost), and I appreciate that this isn't specifically anyone's fault, but it is *extremely* poor planning on the part of WMST. No signs, no further info on website, no way to contact anyone for help, a vague address and even more vague directions? This class can be done much better. I have reviewed the email instructions for the location and they seem to be very accurate for this location" Basically called me an idiot and a liar, claimed I gave them the wrong phone number (no messages at home, which was not unoccupied during my absence, either) and kept my money after promising a free reschedule. The morning half consisted of classroom time and the afternoon half was riding time. Don't be late! We learned quite a bit on safety and the capabilities of these 3-wheeled vehicles. There were quite a few models of Can-am Spyders and Rykers, as well as Trikes and motorcycles with sidecars. We were able to try out any we wanted. Both the written and riding tests are given on the 2nd day. Lee and Ray are wonderful instructors! They both had a great sense of humor and kept us engaged in the classroom. Their teaching style just works and I vastly improved in the 2 days of class. I had so much fun! I highly recommend class with the both of them. I did get my 2-wheel motorcycle endorsement from this location back in 2009. I took the (BRC) Basic Riders Course as well as the Additional Riding Session. They will hold the class no matter what the weather is so be prepared. I recall taking my BRC class during winter and the rain was horizontal with the parking lot filled with water. It definitely made it interesting when it came down to testing. If you're thinking of getting on a 2-wheel or 3-wheel vehicle but have never ridden before or have experience and just want to get your endorsement, this is the place to go.

They are always super on top of diaper changes and feeding and naps, we get updates throughout the day and I never have to worry about my son while he's there. They are also great about doing lots of enriching activities with the kids, way more than I would be able to do or even think of myself, and they are really good about supervising the interactions between the kids so they get to experience positive social interactions with other babies. I believe the entire experience has been really good for my son's development and I'm incredibly happy with and grateful for the teachers, primarily Miss Emily and Miss Casey, although all the other teachers and helpers I've met have been awesome as well. It's definitely the most expensive childcare option in the area that I've seen but so far I've felt it's worth it, in large part thanks to the quality of teacher they are able to afford.

They were genuinely the only positive part of our experience at The Goddard School. Everything else was truly unacceptable. Before my children started, I had multiple conversations with the administration about my daughter's autism. I was transparent about her needs, discussed accommodations, and was repeatedly assured that she would be welcomed, supported, and that this was an inclusive environment equipped to work with children on the spectrum. Those promises were not kept. My daughter wasn't even given a full day before they decided to terminate her enrollment. She was not violent or aggressive--she was overstimulated and in a brand-new environment, and she needed support. Around 2:00 p.m., Fatima called me and asked to meet the following morning to create a support plan for my daughter. I immediately agreed because I believed we would be working together to help her succeed. Then, just two hours later, around 4:00 p.m., Kayla called and informed me that my daughter was being terminated instead. The complete reversal was shocking and deeply upsetting. As a parent of a child with disabilities, I cannot ignore how this situation felt. I believe the way my daughter was treated raises serious concerns, and I will be reporting what occurred. Another issue was the professionalism of the administration. During our tour, Fatima presented herself as warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic. Yet on our very first day, I observed her rolling her eyes while my children were simply excited and acting like children in a new environment. It was a completely different person than the one I met during enrollment. I also read Kayla's biography on the school's website, and unfortunately, the compassion and values described there were not reflected in how she treated my family. That evening, I sent an email seeking clarification about the decision to terminate my daughter and asking for an explanation of what had happened. I never received the courtesy of a response. When I returned to pick up my other two children, Fatima looked at me with a truly disgusting expression on her face instead of professionalism or empathy. The selling point for me was the courteous staff, the way they communicated with my children, and myself as a parent. The class sizes are not extremely large to where I feel as though my child would get lost in the crowd. The teachers keep parents well informed of activities, lesson plans, meals, etc. Knowing lesson plans and what was covered for the day allows me to come home and build upon the day's activities and accelerate their development. This summer they brought in a magician, made ice cream, and lots of other activities. And potty training... They made that a breeze. My children have bonded greatly with their teachers and talk about them constantly.
