Scheduling the class series is easy, but it's trying to schedule the 5 drives, then final drive exam that is a challenge. Website for both Puyallup and Graham would fill up in minutes, and same for attempts to call to book. The biggest challenges are demand (they literally need 2 more locations in East Pierce), not enough instructors, combined with allowing instructors to provide availability one week at a time instead of a set work schedule. So drives fill up FAST and can't be booked in advance. It often took 2-3 phone calls - per drive - to try to find an open drive time between both Puyallup and Graham. For very busy teens and organized Moms this process was exhausting. Far better to offer a package, even for a fee, where the drives are a pre-booked date & time, like every other Saturday at 9am (example) and *booked in advance.* The school's priority is ensuring students know how to drive safely and practice between drives. Parents want that too. But they truly need to either add locations or find a way to allow advance booking for drives. Hoping this review helps encourage growth and operational improvements.

Whenever I made a mistake, the instructor calmly explained what I could do better instead of making me feel nervous, which really helped me improve. Scheduling lessons was also convenient, and communication with the school was smooth. By the time I finished my lessons, I felt much more confident and prepared for my driving test. So I came in the next day and the woman had me switch seats because she thought I would cheat. She made me switch seats twice! And warned me that there was cameras everywhere (my phone was with her so there was no way that I would cheat, not that I would anyway) after I took the test one of the men that works there (the one who sat me down the first time) is who graded my knowledge test. The woman had walked out to the front part of their office as I was walking out after I had been informed that I passed the test. The woman looked me up and down and said you finished your test fast and I said yes I did and then she said did you pass and I said yes, and she had the nastiest look on her face and then told me not to forget my ID again as I had forgot it on the table the day previously because I was told to take it out for my test and then told to get up so suddenly, it had slipped my mind that I had set it on the folder they gave me. A couple days later, I called and tried to make an appointment for my drivers test, and the woman was being so sweet and accommodating, and then she asked if I had came in before and I told her who I was and her tone changed immediately and she told me that they had no availabilities Because their staff went on vacation. She's an older African woman my mom's age. I was never expecting her to treat me like this seeing as I was so respectful to her and being African myself I had even a little bit more respect for her as my elder I don't know if there's some kind of jealousy or Maybe she doesn't like Ethiopians. I'm not quite sure what the deal is there I was born in America, so I don't really know the politics over there, but please don't waste your time coming to this business. They are extremely unprofessional extremely rude. They're not clear on what their hours are and you're not able to make appointments. There's way better places near there to do your knowledge and skills test. I never write reviews like this because I know how detrimental it can be to someone's business, but I've never been treated like this and I don't want anybody else to go through what I went through at that place. They are from many backgrounds with so much combined experience…read more You can learn about trucking life, your important pre-trip inspections, get coached to master backing techniques and recover from attempts to ultimately put a truck in the lane safely. You'll get experiences on the road for city drives and some highway drives so you can get a comfortable feel for the vehicles. All of this and personal study, really helps on the day of the practical exam for the state. I really enjoyed my experiences with this team and I would recommend them to anyone interested.

There are no signs nor contact numbers to call at 7:30am, including the instructors. I wandered around Evergreen speedway for an hour (I arrived at 7:15am) looking for a "green roof building" and a "guard house", both of which are on the opposite side of the property from the address that is on the website. No "WMST class (this way)" signs, no pictures of the building to meet in front of on the website, literally nothing to help someone who's never been to Evergreen Speedway. By the time I found them (which took asking three different people before I got the correct answer), I was 45 minutes past the class start time (after driving an hour to get there in the first place) and was turned away. I then proceeded to spend another hour and a half in the car driving home against I-405 traffic. The instructor was apologetic (and promised I could reschedule without further cost), and I appreciate that this isn't specifically anyone's fault, but it is *extremely* poor planning on the part of WMST. No signs, no further info on website, no way to contact anyone for help, a vague address and even more vague directions? This class can be done much better. I hope that you will allow me to reschedule my class at no additional cost, as I took two days off work and cancelled a doctor appointment to take this course today and tomorrow. The instructors did wait in front of the green roof building restrooms per the email instructions until 7:40am to try to meet up with you. I have reviewed the email instructions for the location and they seem to be very accurate for this location" Basically called me an idiot and a liar, claimed I gave them the wrong phone number (no messages at home, which was not unoccupied during my absence, either) and kept my money after promising a free reschedule. No where in America does anyone get away with keeping money after not delivering promised goods and services, except WMST apparently. Do not trust them. Do not use them. Go *anywhere* else. I just passed my 3-wheel Vehicle Riding Course (Basic Sidecar/Trike Course) and I couldn't have…read morebeen more excited! It was 2 days of class that ran from 8am - 6pm. The morning half consisted of classroom time and the afternoon half was riding time. Don't be late! We learned quite a bit on safety and the capabilities of these 3-wheeled vehicles. There were quite a few models of Can-am Spyders and Rykers, as well as Trikes and motorcycles with sidecars. We were able to try out any we wanted. Both the written and riding tests are given on the 2nd day. Lee and Ray are wonderful instructors! They both had a great sense of humor and kept us engaged in the classroom. Their teaching style just works and I vastly improved in the 2 days of class. I had so much fun! I highly recommend class with the both of them. I did get my 2-wheel motorcycle endorsement from this location back in 2009. I took the (BRC) Basic Riders Course as well as the Additional Riding Session. They will hold the class no matter what the weather is so be prepared. I recall taking my BRC class during winter and the rain was horizontal with the parking lot filled with water. It definitely made it interesting when it came down to testing. If you're thinking of getting on a 2-wheel or 3-wheel vehicle but have never ridden before or have experience and just want to get your endorsement, this is the place to go.

While taking my test he made sure he gave me enough time to turn lanes or make a left turn. I had my last instructor in Lakewood tell me when to turn last minute which caused me to "lose points".
