I want to start by saying this is the perfect school to attend if you want your time, money, and…read morepatience wasted. Let's talk about the so-called 4-5 week program. How is it a 4-5 week program when there are students who've been here 7+ weeks and still haven't finished? Some students are constantly overlooked while others get pushed ahead simply because they have more experience or knowledge. Where is the fairness? There are students who have been here 6+ weeks and have only practiced backing and forward driving--not a single road drive. Meanwhile, people who just enrolled are already getting road time and even testing before them. Make that make sense. Every Monday, 10+ new students come in, and a good number of them end up dropping out because of the lack of communication, organization, and individual attention. The student-to-instructor ratio is ridiculous. Most of the time there's only one instructor, and even he isn't always available. How is anyone supposed to learn properly under those conditions? And a special shoutout to Xavier Williams, who apparently has no problem forging signatures. You would've thought he was one of the good ones. Roadmaster seems more focused on collecting tuition than making sure students actually receive the training they paid for. People are taking time off work, making sacrifices, and trusting this school to prepare them for a career, only to have their time dragged out for weeks with little to no progress. Roadmaster, what are y'all doing to fix these issues? Because right now, you're setting students up to fail, wasting their time, and taking their money. We deserve answers.

They genuinely care about my child, and it shows every single day. Since attending this school, my son has absolutely thrived. His skills have blossomed, and he has grown into such a confident, independent, and happy child. I have no doubt that he has developed the skills he needs to be successful in 4K and beyond. Knowing that the teachers hold degrees in education also gives me so much confidence that I made the right choice for my child. I recently read the 1-star review from April 14, 2023, and I wanted to share my own experience. I have never been told that I could not pick up my child at any time if I needed to. I also completely understand the reasoning behind not allowing visitors to walk around the classrooms after a tour. In my opinion, this is likely for cleanliness, safety, and the privacy of the children. Personally, I would not expect people to be walking throughout classrooms after touring the school. My son has received nothing but love, patience, encouragement, and support from the teaching staff. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done for him and for the growth I have seen in him. I truly cannot recommend this school enough! I have loved our experience so much that I am already looking forward to my daughter attending LMMS when she turns two.

I understand safety, but she will not allow you to come in and walk to check on your children for any reason whatsoever. COVID is over. This is extremely concerning. The building is massive. They keep the two year olds in a back room where NO ONE can see. The children are forced to nap from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Way too long. If your child won't nap, they're forced to lay on a matt quietly or put in a separate room to sit with the supervisor. Huge turnover in teacher's aids. Children are always begging for water and food when picked up. I have witnessed from the parking lot the two year olds teacher, not aid, shoving the back of each child's heads out the door as they walked out of the side entrance passed her towards the playground. There is nothing about this place that feels good. No surveillance at the most expensive daycare/Montessori school in Lexington? RED FLAG.

But every ounce of his toughness came from seeing our greatness before we could see it ourselves. Because of his technique and high standards, I know how to draw blood with confidence. Now that I'm out on externship, I still hear his voice in my head reminding me to stand out, be proficient, and carry myself with professionalism. His approach was never easy, but it was always for the betterment of our success. Ms. Jowers -- Truly the backbone of our program. She works tirelessly around the clock to make sure we're squared away. No matter how busy she is, she always finds time to help students fix errors, understand the process, and keep moving forward. She never wants to see us fail, and her dedication to Fortis, to herself, and to all of her students is unmatched. Ms. Sledge (Program Director) -- She doesn't get nearly the credit she deserves. She is always looking out for her MAs, often putting herself in the line of fire without recognition. She is sharp, has a heart of gold, and genuinely wants her students to excel. She's the type of leader who changes lives quietly but powerfully. Ms. Welch -- Teaches insurance, billing, and coding with the sweetest spirit. Honestly, I despised that class at first, but she never let me give up. She made sure I was prepared for state boards, and even though I don't touch insurance at my externship, I've realized how beneficial it was to learn coding. I'm so thankful for her patience, kindness, and thoroughness. Mr. Ntumi -- Another tough cookie who didn't play about his subject. His brilliance and discipline in teaching anatomy made me retain knowledge I still use today. He set the tone early on: take this seriously, because it matters. His commitment was to our success, and it showed in every lecture and quiz. Overall: My Fortis journey was amazing. As long as you stay focused and driven, you will succeed here. This school sometimes gets a bad rep from people who didn't take it seriously, but for those of us who showed up, did the work, and stayed dedicated -- it was both challenging and fun. I can proudly say I was more than prepared stepping into externship, and I already have opportunities lined up for hire as soon as it ends.

I didn't feel rushed and attention to detail was in full effect, the instructor was within reach while procedure were being down. They are highly trained and educated on their skill.
