My brother couldn't believe the positive change in both his son's confidence and skills after just 3 lessons as they drove to the test! They responded, call the office. That is poor customer service. A company should be able to professionally respond to email inquiries. Not everyone has time to call every company to ask simple questions. Not everyone likes to talk on the phone. As a business, you should respond to inquiries as they are asked. If an individual requests a callback, that's different. Companies are becoming too lazy to do business.
