Everything was going good doing my lesson, but until the end of the session, she cussed me out for no reason because the lady from the DMV was giving me advice on what not to do if I do take my driving test and yeah, she cussed me out for no reason and even though I pay her 275 no I should get casted out for something one little mistake that's the point of learning and I still have not received my certificate for taking a class even though she threw it two extra class that I didn't want on there cause she decided to put two extra class she told me herself she was going to give me two extra to the class then when I drove to the house she like oh will see you Monday and Tuesday no ma'am that's not how they work you don't treat people like that. Called the owner, then went into the office to sign up for lessons. Her son got my sister sign up for 6 hour lesson for $275 about 3 weeks back. Money was given and he said the owner / instructor will contact for scheduling. No calls. When reached out 3 days later, they are not willing to work with my schedule or refund. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL place I have ever encountered! The owner Emily is rude, obnoxious, and just an overall complete idiot! She was late to pick up my daughter even after I had called several times to confirm. Then she answers the phone "hello". I asked if this was Emily's Driving School, her reply "Yeah". Mrs. Sumter or Emily was disrespectful and never on time for appointments, nor did they explain why they were late. Each time we had a session, she chose to raise her voice and be rude about certain aspects she wasn't clear about when signing up for the classes before we started. She offered to give me a refund because she said that I was repeating what I was saying. Still, I asked questions such as the day she was available, the times of those days. If she had any availability during that week, she would respond with her being available. Still, nothing was explained about what time of day she has available, so I had to ask more questions and ask her to answer the questions. I've already asked because It would be days between the texting, her tone is insulting, and her attitude towards teaching seems like she doesn't even want to teach people when offering a refund the second time. This time because you are questioning things that she's doing, such as being on the phone and driving with one hand, and eating in our sessions. After discussing or bringing up the fact that I would like her not to be on her phone, she decides to call and have a rant call without necessarily hearing me out entirely and hanging up after verbally abusing me through the phone, saying that I'm selfish and have low self-esteem just because I want her to be off of the phone and said that that's not a way to be representing yourself and teaching somebody with being on the phone while teaching as a driving instructor. Miss Roslyn is super nice. She has a men's deal of patience, is very attentive and careful to details. Recognized my areas of weakness and let me know the errors and help improve them. I have taken driving lessons before but felt like this was the first time I actually learned how to drive. Makes driving stress-free. It's very courteous and accommodating be driving, timing. She even took me to DMV and waited there for the longest time until I got my license. Cannot say enough good words. Worth every dollar. I have over 100 hours of supervised driving, and still failed the test twice with automatic failure moves. Driving wasn't hard for me, but driving for the test was. Emily changed that in a few short and fun lessons. I not only learned a lot more about the test, but some general driving tips. If the DMV test is confusing, or you get nervous I can't recommend Emily's driving school enough. read more

Emily was great with my teenage son. She communicated effectively, was punctual, AND HE PASSED the road test!

I was recommended this driving school by my older sister, she simply paid them to help her past the driving portion of the test because she could drive but not pass the test. I went in fresh not being able to drive. I took the 8 hour classroom portion which was helpful but my 6 hours of driving was less beneficial. They switched instructors which was confusing in the process, and they are very unprofessional, they are not punctual and they do not call you to schedule lessons as they said they would and will blame it on you. And after all of this I still don' know how to drive. I asked for a refund because of this and was told they did not do refunds. I paid $275 for the classroom and the on the road driving portion. They seem to be nice people but it's all a scam! read more

Not very professional AT ALL...They don't call to schedule driving classes like they should. They don't inform the parents about how the child is driving or when their next time to drive will be. They just drop them off without any kind of follow up. They have been called more than three times about the same problem..My child went to this class a month ago and has only been out to practice twice Due to the fact that they can't seem to communicate well. read more

I was driving on 10/30/2017 on Rosewood Extension and crossing over Assembly, (around 1:30) a driver training car almost pulled out in front of me. As I traveled up Rosewood towards Publix, the car passed me several times. Each time the driver was laughing and cutting up with the passenger that was in the car. Each time she passed me or I passed her she was playing on her phone. Regardless whether she had a pupil in the car with her or not, this sets a bad example for future people to visit and use your services. (The driver was African American and e passenger was Caucasian) read more
