It has not been a good experience since we started. First they "forgot" to submit to the DOL my teen was enrolled in drivers ed, which slowed the process to getting the permit. My teen reported getting yelled at by the instructors. Communication to the parents was not consistent. And when we asked how we could better help our teen, the response of the instructor was condescending and provided no help. read more

The unprofessionalism is real. I went here for classes as a teen and I don't remember much, but 1 year ago I took the test twice to get licensed and it was awful. The instructor rescheduled on me at the last minute and then was at times very hostile and inappropriate with me during our drive. Laughing, jeering, scoffing at very minimal mistakes such as leaving my blinker on a few seconds too long. I ended up failing the first time by about 3 points or so, and crying my eyes out. I was a 22 year old woman at the time, I struggle with ADHD, and I think this establishment is bordering on unsafe for young people when instructors are allowed to say and do just anything to young people who are already possibly scared/uncomfortable. I think that my specific instructor (not all I'm sure) really leaned into the expected behaviors of an aggressive, hostile old retired cop who still wants to bark at people and make them feel small somehow while on the clock. I'll also add that my boyfriend left them a bad review after hearing all of this from me, and they responded by blasting out his PERSONAL INFORMATION that they got from estranged family members who they found in their system. This driving school is great ! The instructors are nice and explain clearly and I've really been able to pay attention. This driving "school" (i say school in quotes because school is for learning and I haven't learned much going to this place) is a huge waste of time and money and lots of unnecessary stress. They made me do zoom meetings instead of going to the actual location even though it was late 2022 so theres no reason why it needed to be over zoom. They expected us to retain loads of information sitting in front of a computer for 4 hours. When you schedule your drives they're so far apart in time that you forget everything you learned in the last drive (theyre at least a month apart). They never told me I needed to have a learners permit for my first drive so I couldnt go on my drive and then they made me pay a $50 fee in order to go on the next drive because I missed the last one which is another thing they didnt tell me about. It's obvious all they care about is money, not the students. 99% of the staff act like they dont want to be there, especially the desk staff. I dont expect them to be filled with joy at their job but at least try being nice to the students... the only staff member I liked was one of my instructors Tony he was nice and seemed like a pretty chill dude but the rest of them have a stick up their ass or something. I've been going to 911 for like 10 months now and I finally am just now able to do my test, thats an idea of how long these people take to operate. My advice is either wait till you're 18 so you dont have to deal with any of this or go to a different school thats better. Over $700 worth of my familys money down the toilet when I would've just been better off waiting till I'm 18 to get my license because thats almost how long its taken to go through this school. read more

Came here couple years ago for a drivers test and the instructor initially told me "if you need anything explained to you let me know" meanwhile whenever I did ask him over something he was asking to do that was unclear he responded with "I can't say anything". I felt uneasy the whole drive because of how he was impatient. They just care about your money, nothing else. read more

There is a reason for 911 being used in this driving school, they take your money at a drop of a hat and charge you more. My girl was told that her appointment was at 3 P.M. As luck would have it we showed up at 1 P.M. only to find out that her appointment was at set at 12 noon. So instead of rescheduling for later that day; they said that they would if we would pay another $75.00 right there and then. Damn, are they quick to offer their services if you are willing to pay cash. I was there when the appointment was made for 3 P.M. but this was over the phone. They said that they sent a confirmation e-mail to which I never saw. So with out proof from either side the 911 Driving school stand point is to pay another $75.00. RIP OFF!!! Bottom line is this; if you fail the written or driving test, or even miss your appointment you MUST PAY THEM AGAIN! These are by the book instructors. No wiggle room for error(s). Nothing wrong in that. However, some consideration must be made when there has been a miscommunication where there is a gray area as in this case. My suggestion is to seek another driving school and leave 911 for those in need of being a part of an emergency and those that can afford to drop $75.00 at a hat. :-( read more

EXCELLENT PROGRAM. I highly recommend this drive school. They teach you everything you need to know- including basic vehicle maintenance and how to change a tire. They have a huge emphasis on safety and the dangers of driving- including many lessons/videos on drinking and driving and accident prevention. They grade harsh and expect perfection- they won't let you get your license if you're not a safe driver! Class lets out every day on time, teacher utilizes tell well, you get to schedule your drives, and you can make up missed classes. Overall they greatly prepare you for getting your license. read more

As another reviewer stated, save your money. My wife who already has had much cheaper lessons in california, wanted to renew the permit to learn driving here in bremerton/silverdale area before license testing. $525 as a base with 30 hours lecture and only 4 hours driving is a rip off. The staff is polite for a couple minutes here in silverdale, however, when they brought in those with a scheduled appointment for knowledge testing, they said 6 weren't there and we're told to wait 30 minutes. The staff did not look happy to be there, and if you have an appointment, you should be able to test without waiting on others. Find a licensing office even if it's out of the way or a bit farther from where you live. read more

Try a different drive school!!!! Horrible service, Web site down, drives to far apart or no days that work for drives. You will maybe get two in before school ends.... Go somewhere else..... like Northwest Drive school! Its amazing how they operate, more for the money! 600 dollars for nothing with this place. read more
