The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

They are very straight to the point. Which is what I like. You know that they aren't going to blow smoke up your butt. A lot of people get their feelings hurt with people like this, but it is business, and there is no emotion in business. I was extremely happy with the work they did, as well as the communication they gave me. Some people nowadays just need to learn to be patient to be called back.
