Don't bother calling for stock availability, pricing, or anything else for that matter. They will pick up the phone, lie to you and tell you the can't looking up anything because of all the customers they have in the store that they are providing assistance to. I've been extremely happy with my shopping and interactions with the Atlantic Tactical staff. The staff at the company is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Brian McKay on their team is a wiz and has a wealth of product knowledge to share. Their prices are also very reasonable and fair. I always buy from their New Cumberland, but their website has a nice selection if you would prefer to purchase online. Firearm sales are limited to military, LEO, and public safety. I'm a fan of Safariland and 511 Tactical equipment and Atlantic Tactical has a nice selection. Long story short here (01/2013 - 05/2013). This hellish gun climate [of late 2012 to the present] sucks horrendously and great businesses (such as Atlantic Tactical) are trying to cater to the gun enthusiasts of the country while at the same time trying to abide by ever changing laws in states with horrible gun laws. I placed an order for a "collector's item" in early January, a SNAFU with the order occurred, SNAFU was recognized and then handled appropriately/accordingly. The SNAFU that had occurred was a result of businesses trying to remain law-abiding all while keeping customers happy, this current heinous gun economy/climate, and all the politicians [across the nation] trying to outlaw guns. My situation (from early January) has since then been rectified and the order -complete-. Despite the initial problems with the order, I have encountered nothing but respect and professionalism from the staff at Atlantic Tactical. The "SNAFU (again, that acronym...)" was handled with the utmost diligence and care. The people of A.T. take great pride in their business with customers, and it shows tremendously. I have nothing but raves with this business, and would hope to do business with them again in the future, should this nation ever pull out of this disgusting gun economy we have at the present. to make a long story short, atlantic tactical refused to sell me an item due to a "policy change" that began in January of 2015. question is, why have they sold me three identical items BETWEEN january of 2015 and now?? they pulled up my account and clearly saw previous purchases made AFTER this supposed "policy change" took effect but STILL refused to sell me the item. A friend referred me to AtlanticTactical.com and I have to say it was one of the best online deals I have done in reference to purchasing a firearm. Kelly E. was the customer service representative that I made initial contact with and she stuck with me all the way through. I never waited more than 12 hours for a response from her and she was always pleasant. Initially I didn't know all I had to do was submit my DD214 but through Kelly's help my account was updated and I was on my way to purchasing my M&P 9c for about $150 UNDER MARKET! Through no fault of their own my FFL was neglecting this transaction so it took awhile for AT to actually receive the certificate for transfer. At each turn I was met with quality responses and AT was willing to bend to the sub par FFL I chose; they even contacted the FFL for me which was completely unnecessary on their part! Once my FFL got A** and brain connected within 24 hours my pistol was on it's way. From the time AT received the certificate to my FFL receiving the pistol would have be Friday-Monday but my FFL isn't open Monday's. It arrived promptly on Tuesday morning. On Monday 9 Jan 2017 I called by phone, spoke with a rep and placed an order of a MP10 rifle. The order was paid for in advance and the rep related that there were two MP10s in Philadelphia and that he would have one shipped to the New Cumberland store. I related to him that I would be there on Saturday, 14 January 2017 to pick it up. He reminded me of the hours and stated that he would have the rifle transferred. On 14 January 2017 I arrived at the New Cumberland store after driving 180.6 miles. The store staff was very helpful but pointed out that the two rifles were still in Philadelphia. On Monday 16 January 2017, I phoned the office of the owner at 1446 hours and again spoke with the same rep and asked to speak with the owner, by name. He related that the owner was not available and wanted to know the purpose of my call was. I merely stated it was about his company. Since I have not heard from him or anyone else for that matter as of 25 JAN 2017, I am not sure if he got the message that I called or he just chose not to return the call. Stay away read more

I've been shopping at Atlantic Tactical since the late 1990's and have watched this company grow. I can honestly say this is my go-to supplier for firearms, ammunition and tactical gear. Their staff is top-notch. They have several former LE guys who really know their stuff. It's so refreshing to deal with a professional who can make insightful recommendations as opposed to the blank stares that you get at the big box stores that sell guns on the side.
