Went for a a battery, the Manager (according to his nametag) was at the front counter. I stood there for at least 5 minutes before he even acknowledged me. Once he did, he gave me an attitude, like I was disturbing him. I guess I will be going somewhere else from now on!! read more

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! I am a female customer who came in to purchase a telescoping magnet pickup tool for a car that I was working on. The associate handed the item to me and said, "Did you drop your earring or something?" I replied, "No, why?" His response was, "You're a female and this is normally something that a mechanic would get." I was completely caught off guard by his assumption that a woman could not purchase tools in this store. The last time I checked, women were capable of purchasing the same items as any male or mechanic. I am completely in awe of the sexual discrimination that has taken place in this store. I hope that no more female customers, as well as associates, face this discrimination within this company. read more

I run a small business, so when I buy parts for my vehicles I expect the parts I buy to be correct. I bought a universal joint for the front shaft of my 2000 chevy Silverado, keep in mind I have bought them here before, only to receive the wrong one. Their system has the part numbers reversed between the front and rear shaft. So after about 20 minutes of explaining to the gentleman on the phone that there is no way this U joint will fit the shaft, he checks my previous purchases, only to tell me that the one I want is for the rear shaft. I explain that the front of my truck is definitively different from the rear of my truck, there is no mistaking them, so they have them listed improperly in their system. Which, hey this can happen to anyone. He states they have the one I need in stock, I say great can you run it out to me. He replies no, only for commercial clients. Okay so let me get this right, I have my driveshaft removed from my truck, YOU gave me the wrong part, and now I have to find a ride to come and pick up the correct part, which I should have received in the first place?!?!?!?! I have many choices for parts suppliers in my area, considering I spend hundreds of dollars a month on parts, maintenance items, etc. This will be the last dollar I spend at this store. read more
