She has taken the time to walk him through the steps, which is great! As a breast cancer survivor, battling lymphedema as well, I can highly recommend them, for their caring demeanor, spousal inclusiveness, and being their to fight and advocate for their patients when needed. Most recently a follow-up appointment which I waited over an hour to get in. I told her the spot had not completely healed. Once again she applied more liquid nitrogen and assured me not cancer. The next day my neck was very swollen and I had a terrible headache. I called the office to see what to do. Spoke to a nurse who ask me to take a picture and she was texting me a number so a doctor could look at. Never received a text! Called back, the office personnel said should receive soon. It's been 3 hours! Still no call back!

I see her at the Tulsa clinic, 2121 E 21st St. I've read reviews having negative issues. I particularly don't understand when people report difficulty in making appointments. Several doctors of this clinic also keep hours in Claremore. But that's only one day a week for them. It is a busy clinic. But as another reported, the doctor has "squeezed" me in when I called with an issue. It isn't uncommon for the parking lot and waiting room to be packed. That's my only negative. I'm a blue eyed blonde and one time sun goddess. I've regularly seen dermatologists as far back as I can remember. Her online profile mentions her interest in surgical dermatology and Botox. I have no experience with her outside of regular check-ins. And to that I'll say she is absolutely the most thorough I've ever experienced. I've found her assistants to not only be amiable but helpful with medications and prescribing. They work for you -- they know who has your meds, how much it costs, what discounts are available, etc. Another positive is their patient portal. Answered in a timely manner and no hesitation in giving you a call. Be sure to have all your insurance cards every time you visit and be prepared for minimal paper work once you're an established patient. Once your appointment is over you'll see the personnel at the front desk who will make your next appointment.

I was recommended by a friend that had experienced tremendous results after seeing her. First let me start off by saying I was very skeptical of the AO scan but within the first 15 mins of my appointment I was shocked by how in-depth the scan really was! She puts a headset on your temple and the scan starts reading your body. It doesn't hurt, it's just a sound you hear. You can watch the TV monitor as it goes through your body showing you the tissues, cells, all of it! After the scan is done, she goes over it and talks to you. She spends 1 full hour with you...I've NEVER spent more than 20 mins with a doctor before!! She can see what the underlying root cause of whatever problem you're having is. She was able to see so much that I wasn't even aware of. After reviewing the scan she creates a treatment plan with recommendations on foods to eat, foods to avoid, exercises to start doing, and supplements to take. She even has the supplements in house so you can get started right away! Within about 3-4 weeks, my health improved drastically!! When my follow up visit came around I was anxious to see what my new scan showed and it was so much better!! I honestly don't know what I would have done if I didn't stumble across her! She has changed my life and ever since I went to her, I have flown my daughter in to see her ( which she had life changing results as well ) and another friend. How often do you receive that kind of customer service.? Shortly after, I changed doctors. For a lot of us midtowners it's convenient. And it's complete. They care. I can't speak about the system, but I can vouch for the people. They work *hard*. When I first got to Tulsa Ernest Childers was just coming on line. Now, things move pretty smoothly. Transfers from different areas of the country definitely take more time than they could to be sure. It's not a perfect system. I can say with 100% certainty that the VA system is a far cry above many others. My experience has shown me that if I demand with a flavor of entitlement it gets me - and anyone else - nowhere. People deserve respect. In the healthcare sector they *need* it from patients because sometimes they don't get it anywhere else. Give the healthcare workers some grace.
