Today was my first experience with BA Med spa, and Med spas all together. The place was in pristine condition, and Alex and Jenny provided top of the line services today. All the staff I was in contact with were very sweet, and helpful. They made this a very painless experience especially since I'm a newbie when it comes to this area. Alex was very detailed in everything she did when providing a facial, and Jenny made the Botox and lip filler experience a fun, and as painless as she could which was so nice since I was very nervous. The quality of care, and service surpassed my expectations, and I can't wait to go back when it's time. 10/10 would highly recommend especially if you're looking to try out the medical aesthetic experience, and you won't be disappointed. Worst med spa in the history of med spas. In order for my sister to get 1/4th of her $3K+ she spent on laser hair removal, she had to take her review down. My sister did laser hair removal consecutively 6 times, once every 2 weeks, saw no improvement, and was extremely painful for her. As someone who has an extremely high pain tolerance she can only imagine what it's like for a person with little pain tolerance to go through with it. She had a different person every time she went in for the laser hair removal and nobody ever knew what they were doing. They wouldn't refund her money, but finally settled for a small amount of it, but they called and forced her to remove all of her reviews in order for her to get it back. How messed up is that? Basically black mail. She lost money, got burns and no improvement of hair reduction in the slightest bit. read more

I have been a customer for 5 years. Recent customer service is why I will not use this facility again. Today I waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment. Other clients who came in after me were called back. When I approached the receptionist I was informed it would be more time. I left and 1 hour 45 minutes later received a call they were ready to sign me in. Also while waiting, I observed reception staff being disrespectful to an elderly woman. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I'm consistently happy with Terri, she is so sweet! She is kind & friendly. But the girls up front in the reception area answering phones and checking me out are Consistently SO RUDE! They all need major training on what it means to work in the beauty/ customer service/spa industry. I have worked in a spa for 8 years & I am warm & friendly to everyone I meet. When I enter the doors at BA All I ask is for a friendly hello & a general tone of kindness & appreciation of my business. They consistently act like they are exasperated and annoyed; Their customer service is abysmal. Even today when I was paying $1000 the employee didn't even say thank you or merry Christmas or have a nice day. She curtly asked if I wanted a receipt & took my money & that was that. I haven't received services, but their lack of customer service is insulting. I inquired about a hydro facial during their $99 special and the failed to get back to me answering my questions. I had to send the message twice, one on 11/22 and another on 11/25. I didn't get a response back to my inquiries until 12/10. About three weeks after my original message! Now they won't honor the special when I asked if it was still valid. I was very interested in trying that service and now I don't even want any service from this organization. They said I should've called, which I did during normal business hours, on my lunch break, and got no answer. They are now trying to push their $300 special on me rather than being willing to honor the $99 facial special I inquired about nearly a month before they replied. If this is their idea of customer service, then they lost my business for good. read more

I've gone here several times and they do a good job. The problem with going here is they always seem to be running behind. This was my third and last time I'll give them a chance and be left wasting my time. I went for Botox And was left sitting in a room for one hour. And the only reason it was only an hour was because i left at that point. It is rude. If I came an hour later it would've been too bad but it's okay for them to leave me sitting like my time isn't valuable as well. After I left the office manager called me and said if I wanted to come back another lady could do my Botox and she'd take $25 off. Well two things ....$25 Whoopi when I'm annoyed and more importantly if you had someone else who could do the Botox why would they have not stepped in before I was annoyed and left? I paid over $4,000.00 for fillers and Botox in my face. These treatments lasted for 6 weeks. I went back and Melissa went on about how it cost her to open her business, how it costs her every time she opens a syringe and wanted to charge me $700 for more Botox. The Botox was supposed to last 3 months and Juvederm, 9 months to a year. She finally put 2 injections in without charging me, and the next day, it wore off. Never again will I use this place. read more

The team is great at getting you in and out. The weight management specialists explained the program and made sure I understood. When I went back, Nicole did a great job modifying my plan to fit me. I shared that I had specific events coming up (over multiple days). Nicole have me so many strategies and helpful suggestions to make it through without depriving myself and without losing ground. Very thankful for the program and for BA med spa. I'm more than halfway to my weight goal and it has been the easiest plan to follow. For the first time, I feel like I will be able to maintain my weight loss and not gain it back because the eating plan has taught me how to combine my food selections. read more

I would have given it a 2 1/2 star given the chance. They are a nice group of people BUT, its a business and their goal is takes much $$$ as possible. I got cool sculpting and fillers, spent over $4000. To me thats a lot of money. Two other MD's, a dermatologist and plastic surgeon, said cool sculpting was not effective where I had it done... one refused To even attempt it... Said "would just be taking your money" The other said I want to bE upfront with you.... You will likely not see any change....it is not effective there. On the fillers, I had made it clear i only had so much money to spend. They were go I g over ball the areas I could use fillers in, but after I said that They said not to spread the fillers out ... Then no area would get enough... Owner Handed me over to someone else, I guess i was not spending enough... That nurse put it all over.. There was slight improvement, but not $3000 worth and yes... Too little and spread too thin. Bottom line, see a Dr... Not staff. Also they did not honor a written price quote i had and don't believe statements like " wow, you are getting a great price....." Truly the worst botox experience. They insisted I get my crows feet done, which I had no interest in, and it resulted in the outter muscles feeezing how they were supposed to but forcing the skin under the inner corners of my eyes to have severe wrinkles. I looked 10 years older after paying close to $300 for botox! I went back in and the condescending tone they used and how they talked down to me was appalling. They even said, "You do know you are getting older, right?" WOW. I found several articles stating that this can happen when getting crows feet done and they argued and had zero accountability and even though they wouldn't admit it was the botox, they said I would have to wait for it to wear off. They did eventually offer and provide a full refund. I made another appointment 4 months later (when it wore off and the wrinkles went away bc it WAS the botox) and planned to just not get my crows feet done. The day of the appointment I am sitting in their parking lot about to walk in and they call saying I was dismissed as a patient when they "settled" with me. Which would have been great to know when I booked the appointment or before getting up and making the drive. Just completely unacceptable not knowing how to administer basic botox and not educating patients on possible adverse effects. Icing on the cake is not having the common courtesy to respect people's time. Absolutely disgusted and grateful to never have step foot in there again. read more

Worst medical spa, went to do filler got bruises for 2 months and I still have black spots. Also customer service is very bad,when I tried to talk to owner: they told me she was out of USA for while. I don't recommend anybody to go use their service. read more
