Sometimes, businesses find success, as it seems this one has, but then they lose sight of what makes a business special; customer service, going the extra mile, accommodating the customer request. In my opinion, I will happily use the time and gas to travel to Oxnard or Ventura to go to a barber I know remembers what makes a business special.
