Highly recommend!! Excellent service! Great rates! I called many tow services and most were charging almost twice as much. The driver came on time and was very professional, very experienced, very pleasant. My car was safe and secure on the flatbed truck. Excellent communication via text with the driver. I was requesting for a tow 10 mile distance via streets 7.5 via fwy the price I was given was very unreasonable I ultimately had to find somewhere else Edit: Don't be doing that now. You had only reconfirmed that I needed a tow from rialto to riverside your price was firm that was the first message you hit me with then you asked rialto to where i said riverside you again stated your price which was the same. So I decided to look for a different company because the price was too much for a quick tow thats why I no longer became communicative with you because your price was set you didn't ask for the address in rialto or the address to drop off you began asking details of the vehicle meaning your price was set the service would've been provided under said price. read more

After going off-roading in Fawnskin, our car died deep in the woods--truly the middle of nowhere. We called AAA, who sent Kevin from A-Performance Towing, and he arrived quickly. He immediately diagnosed the issue and assured us it wasn't the alternator, as I had suspected. With it being a holiday weekend, only one shop was open, and Kevin recommended we tow it there. Feeling confident, we went off-roading again... and four hours later, the truck stalled again. AAA dispatched A-Performance Towing once more. We were much farther up the mountain this time, and my signal was so spotty that my location was pinging miles away. The owner, Corey, personally called me, knew the trails well, and still managed to find us. He navigated rough terrain, got us safely out, and provided incredibly helpful insight. It was clear the issue was more serious than a battery. Corey recommended towing to a dealership since no local shop could likely diagnose it over the holiday weekend. He even called the Dodge dealership in Moreno Valley himself to coordinate and make sure we could speak directly with the service manager. The level of professionalism was truly outstanding. This morning, their driver Reyes towed my truck to the dealership and was an absolute pleasure to work with--friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Most people don't expect exceptional service from towing companies, but A-Performance Towing is in a league of its own.
