These are the people you want to hire! Fast, incredibly friendly, and truly care about the customer! My daughter had a breakdown and was stuck on the side of the freeway. They were fast and efficient. After they towed the vehicle to the shop and left. They called her back a short time later to make sure she was safe and being taken care of. This goes above and beyond my expectation and I was incredibly grateful for somebody looking after my daughter as I was 1000 miles away and unable to help. I chose En-Root towing based on the fact that most of their pictures were of show cars or project cars being towed by flat bed. Gave them a call for a tow from Menifee to my mechanic in Murrieta. They asked what kind of car it was,if it was lowered and if I could send them pictures so they knew what they were dealing with. Also let them know that I had other appointments and if we could get this done asap it would help me a lot. They were able to load the car and drop it off in a very short amount of time but still took great care to make sure everything was done smoothly and safely. Hello Yelpers, I believe the owner and his company is a good company but I would like to share my experience with En-Root towing. On 8/28/17, My wife found herself unable to start our vehicle in a commercial parking lot. I usually have my go-to company, which I will not mention so it doesn't seem like a biased review, but for some odd reason, I could not get ahold of them at that moment so I decided to try en-root based on its reviews! En Root answered quickly and quoted me a good rate ($100) to my normal mechanic. It was a quick response time of about 20 minutes. Turns out all my wife needed was a jump to get her going to both our relief! Upon my wife reaching home, I asked her how much the cost ended up being since we did not need the tow. She proceeded to tell me it was $95. $95?! That is $5 less than if he would have had to actually tow the vehicle but he did not have to do any of the work or time! I've had service calls before and these easily range in the zone of $40-$60 max! I asked my wife for a receipt so I could understand the charges and she told me the man did not give her one. What?! My wife paid $95 cash for a service call and they didn't even have the decency to give her a receipt? I was upset at this point. I am a business owner myself and the thought of this way of practice was simply appalling to speak the truth. I called the company back and ended up talking to the owner himself! Turns out that he was the one that personally made the service call! I asked about the $95 service charge and he told me that was their flat rate! Really? I also asked about at least a receipt and he didn't produce one. He did proceed to tell me about he would meet up with me and refund $20 of that and if I broke down again that day he would apply that money to a tow. 1) I was already at my mechanics getting our vehicle inspected. Why would I continue to risk my wife and children being stranded? 2) Why did I have to call for him to realize that he was ripping my wife and myself off? This should have never happened. 3) This event had already put us behind on our day and honestly, having to meet up and wait for $20 was just not worth my time. Being overcharged at $75 vs $95 is the same in my book. Again, I know my review does not fall in line with the countless positive reviews here but this was my experience. I think it's only fair to share it. Goodluck with your business En-Root, I'm sure your company will continue to flourish based on the 99% other reviews. You were quick, you were courteous, but your business practices were wrong. If my review will make you rethink the next person you plan on taking advantage on, I feel my time in sharing our experience was worth it. Best Regards and God Speed. read more

Kerry and En-Root Towing Rocks! Period, the end!!!! Response was immediate, excellent service, and my safety was his number one concern. While he was en-route to pick up me and my vehicle, he called me back twice to not only verify my location, but to ensure that my hazards were on and I was safely away from my vehicle which was on the 215 Northbound lanes with a very small shoulder.
