UPDATE: Since my first experience here I have gone a second time and my sister a few more with friends. My dish the second time was lacking a major ingredient. I guess they were out. And they had difficulty understanding so my order had to be remade. But the owner is so nice he still let me take the incorrect dish home. My sister had a second good experience and the other times were mediocre or a miss. She actually asked for her money back the last time. I highly suggest eating here if Dina is working. She is the rock to this location. Please inquire if they have all the ingredients to make the dishes or else you will get the remaining ingredients that compose the dish and pay the same price. Everything is okay, the restaurant just has a very strong odor of cleaning chemical which I dislike. The Vietnamese food here tastes totally different than up North in Doraville or Duluth. I would not say it's bad just not good enough and not authentic. Food is too small for the price, a bowl of Pho or Bun Bo Hue giving you just a little bit of meat, the rest is soup + noodles... I am not so happy with that so won't be back. Banh Mi is okay, Pho and Bun is full of water, fried rice with shaking beef is a better choice. read more

We came here on a Saturday night as another pho place in town was closed. There were a few parties already seated and the place is big inside, so great for groups or when you can't get in anywhere else. The menus are in English and all the servers speak it well. We started with the usual spring rolls and then pho tais, which come in two sizes, regular or large. The spring rolls were some of the worst I've ever had. There was tons of iceberg lettuce and that is all I tasted when I bit in. First of all, iceberg lettuce is not even traditionally an ingredient in springs rolls, and secondly, there was just so much of it! The pho was okay, a bit oily, but did have lots of meat. 3 things about this place: 1. My sister and I were driving by Warner Robins and both of us were craving pho. Decided to look on Yelp and found this place. I have been to numerous pho places and this has to be the WORST. Came inside and the waitress told us to sit wherever we wanted to so we grabbed 1 booth and there were used napkins that were never cleaned. We moved to a different booth and there were crumbs all over the table. Let me remind you there was 1 other person dining in the restaurant. 2. We ordered summer rolls, spring rolls, and pho. The rolls came out within 5 minutes and was surprised by how quick the appetizers came out. Summer rolls were good but the spring rolls were questionable. It felt like the spring rolls were not fully cooked and was pink on the inside. Asked the waitress if the spring rolls were supposed to look like this and she said "Yes, that is how it is supposed to look." I have never ever seen spring rolls being pink so we ended up not eating the spring rolls. 3. Pho came out shortly after the appetizers came and the pho was very bland and not good. They used some herb for the broth which didn't go well with the pho. I had to put in some chili oil to make this pho edible. Overall, very disappointing pho place and will not be coming back. I hate giving bad reviews like this but I wish they would take their time to make their foods and not try to rush what they are about to give to their customers. read more

This is not Vietnamese food. I ordered the chicken satay. It came as chunks of chicken thighs that were heavily seasoned with five spice and some bright orange sugary sauce. I asked for peanut sauce and received what seemed to be oyster sauce with one peanut crushed on top. They forgot to add FLAVOR to the vermicelli with beef. Watery overcooked noodles swimming in tepid water. To top it off it had to have been 90* in the restaurant. My husband had the pork bahn mi sandwich. Supposedly. The stale roll had been microwaved and it had chunks of pork and none of the usual crispy vegetables. There is no excuse for food this horrible. One and done. read more

This place was surprisingly good! The pho was delicious. You get a huge bowl even when you order the small. Plenty of noodles and tons of meat! Toppings for pho are sprouts, cilantro, rosemary, jalapeños, everything I like, it was so good. The egg has to be the best egg roll I've had. I'm not a huge egg roll fan but this particular egg roll is worth ordering. You get 3 small egg rolls. I should've ordered two because there were 3 of us and I would've liked to have two. This is some great Pho!!! While there are a few places to get Pho in Warner Robins this is the best place for a couple reasons. One the portion sizes are huge for the price and two they are not stingy with the rice and noodles. I can typically finish a regular size Pho when we go to other locations, but here I struggle to finish a regular. They also offer bubble teas, which are decent. I like my ice blended a little smoother, theirs are a little more on the crunchy side. Oh man and they have these amazing egg rolls! It's like a spring roll on the outside and egg roll filling on the inside! So freaking good. Their broth in their Pho is so flavorful and the beef is pretty tender! -Vietnamese Cuisine is the place in Warner Robins where I get my Phó. They serve authentic soup, but I will say the boba drinks not so much. I see a lot of reviews on the soup and how it was bland, I believe some restaurants just have bad batches at times. First... I'm Vietnamese. And I know Vietnamese food. Second... this place is horrible. Service... mediocre. My wife and I came in with me holding our newborn. 3 workers looked at us and did not acknowledge us. The meats were not cooked long enough and were chewy. The veggies were half fresh, half borderline brown and wilting. It was so flavorless that we had to ad so many sauces to make it palatable that we were basically eating condiment water. Egg rolls... mushy filling and the sauce is nothing I've ever had before, sweet and sour sauce may work for Chinese egg rolls but not Vietnamese ones. Calamari... NOT real. Let me repeat! NOT real squid. These are processed fish shaped like tires that they call calamari. Do NOT get! And they charge about $8 for FAKE calamari?!? Come on... Chicken sate... NOT like the Thai style. This chicken was marinated in Chinese bbq marinade and grilled served with gritty low quality peanut sauce. My wife spit out a piece saying it had a raw texture. I will NOT be going back and I have a feeling many others won't either! While we were eating they cleaned off a table. I noticed that the previous customer didn't even eat %1 of their food, they cleared off the table of full dishes and a full bowl of pho. It was my first time ordering from 96 Vietnamsee restaurant. I was in the mood for some Vietnamese wings, but thought I can also try their Pho. I ordered the hot wings and then I said, I want some Pho with the Eye Round steak, soft tendon and tripe. I got it to go. When I got home, the wings were good and hot, I open my container and I see no beef. I was given lots and lots of tripe and soft tendon...no beef. I'm not sure if I'll go back again. read more

Staff was very friendly. But we had to flag someone down to refill our drinks even though they weren't busy. Two people were behind the register texting. The manager did come by to make sure we enjoyed our food, which was nice. The food was delicious. We got the grilled pork chop dinner, pork vermicelli bowl, egg rolls, and spring rolls. My husband and I agreed that we like the flavor of the pork at Saigon better (although their's was still very good and more tender). We both liked the egg rolls better here. Food comes out very fast, is cheap, and very tasty. I always order a Pho and the large bowel is about 10 inchesand has plenty of meat and noodles. All the ingredients used are flavorful and taste fresh. It's everything you need when you want a simple flavorful pho for a good price. read more

Beware!! I decided to give this place one more try yesterday. My family ate here once before and the experience was just ok. But, yesterday was the worst experience I've had here. We visited right when they opened at 10:30am. We walked in and the place looks abandoned. The waitress came out of the bathroom and said to sit anywhere. We orders 3 spicy beef noodle soup (bun bo hue) . When the food came to our table we tasted the broth there was no flavor at all!!! We had to ask the waitress to give us the shrimp paste and mind you shrimp paste is salty!! We added fish sauce and shrimp paste to our bowl and it still was bland!! I'm thinking to myself maybe it's a hit or miss day. But, really what pissed me off was when we paid for our food. Our bill was $72.00... we gave the waitress $50 bill and 2 $20 dollar bills total $90 dollars. The waitress advised she had to go get change. She went out the door came back and gave us our to go box for my granddaughter egg rolls and said " will this be all today ?" Handed out to go box and was walking away. I said my change? She said we don't have change!! I'm suppose to get back $17 . They were going to keep my money. She said the owners didn't get change last night. I told her they owe me $17 !!! She said we have ones and a $100 bill... the owners didn't even come out to even assist the waitress. Very bad service and trying to keep my money !!! This place needs to be shut down !! No wonder why they have no customers. The sad thing is it is a small business and I like to support small businesses. But I will never step foot in this place again!!! My husband and I moved to the area a couple days ago and my hubby got a craving for some comfort food(he is Vietnamese amd makes a bomb homemade Pho) so we decided to try this place. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. We walked in the door a little after 8pm on Friday and there were only two tables of diners- that should have been an indication... We weren't greeted at the door until the owner(presumably) walked in the front door even though two staff members looked at us(holding a baby in a car seat, mind you) standing there. So the owner directed us to a booth and we sat. A nice young man brought us menus and we ordered half and half teas to drink which WERE good, but never got refilled. We ordered as follows- Egg rolls- Decent, but the sauce could use work Chicken Satay- Very mediocre. And when I say that, I mean most pieces had good flavor but were super dry and ONE piece was raw, I spit it out "Calamari"- Horrible and most definitely NOT calamari. Like a fish cake shaped into thick O's like onion rings. DO NOT ORDER if you want actual calamari Pho Dac Biet- 2/10. Like I said, I may be biased but the broth is what makes a good pho and the broth here was the equivalent of a watered down, lukewarm coke when you are expecting an icy cold, fresh, crisp, carbonated tasty beverage. Yuck. We did eat the egg rolls and he ate the calamari but only because he paid $9 for it and was starving. The chicken came home with us in a napkin for our dogs. The pho we ate maybe a quarter of, again, because we were starving and already spent the money on it. The only reason for two stars and not one is because our server was very kind and polite even if he did not refill our beverages or check back to see how anything was.
